The hotel is spacious, lots of security around. The key cards are terrible, we checked in and used the keys once and were locked out of the elevator and the room next time. My son and I stayed here for the trace adkins concert and this key thing made us 30 minutes late! Not impressed. We ate at the Brass Fork and my son’s steak was overcooked, then basically served rare. They refunded his meal which was great. There is a movie theatre on site, a bowling alley, and several eateries. Check in and out was smooth, the bell desk was awesome.

Yay! Don't stay here! Ya know people sleep at different times, having a concert outside is not helpful.

I don’t gamble at all. This was a later flight into Vegas to head to my destination, beautiful room, fantastic staff in and out delightful.

Room smelled like cigarettes and no water pressure in the shower.
-
The whole experience was perfect. Will definitely be back.

The check in was very slow, only one person and a line of people waiting at 3:10 pm.
-
It was a a nice hotel and very large.

This is my go to resort when i'm in town
-
Terrible that you have to pay for a fridge.
-
Conveniently located with friendly staff and all the amenities. Great place to stay!
-
Great place to stay! Just wish the pool hours would go later than 7pm every night, especially in the summer when it's so hot during the day.

Pool was only open from 9-7. This is the perfect time of year for swimming at night. All of the cushions on the chairs pool side look like they haven’t been cleaned in a long time.

Not worth the money. Rooms were old, especially the bath rooms.

We've stayed at this hotel a few times the first couple times it was bad. We gave them another chance, and the next 2 times it was really good. This last time was really bad. We got to our room, they told us it was ready. And the housekeeping was still there. They didn't finish housekeeping, they gave us no washcloth, no water, no nothing we had to finish cleaning up the stuff and moving things around, it was not a pleasant stay at all.

Room was clean. Staff was kind. Breakfast options were nice. No complaints. It was a really nice stay. The only reason it wasn't a 5 star experience was because of Location and it met my expectations. I feel like a 5 means it exceeds those expectations.

The room was very nice, was clean, and no bedbugs (I always check). Check-in was fairly easy and check out was a breeze using my phone. I would have liked to join the loyalty club, but I didn't even know there WAS a loyalty club until my son told me and then I couldn't figure out how to join or find the place where I was supposed to get a card and there was no one around to point me in the right direction. Although breakfast was not free, we ate in the restaurant on site - I think it was called The Brass Fork or something like that - the food was really good and reasonably priced and the waitress was quite patient as we had a 1 year old with us. My main issue with this place was the smell of cigarette smoke permeated the casino and the restaurant which is hard on me because I have asthma. My son let me know that most casinos allow smoking. I guess Vegas really isn't the place for me, but I did like this hotel a lot. It was pretty from the outside and honestly, one could take a vacation and spend their entire time here as it has everything in terms of food, comfort, and gambling, if that's your thing. They also had a pool, but we didn't go in. My son and his wife had a suite which was gorgeous and roomy. His mother-in-law, my husband and I, and his family were all able to hang out in the suite all day and feel very comfortable.

Really has gone down hill. i use to live out there and this was a favorite place to go, but wow the neglect and jsut lost all of its luster and glory. No deals here really.

I inadvertently left a Hawaiian shirt hanging in the closet of room 1919, lost & found recovered my item, I paid for handling and shipping, your staff was excellent!
