Room was clean and a great size. Love the kitchen perfect for a family wanting to cook meals. Equipped with pots, pans, utensils, etc. Also paper towels, sponge and dish soap. Bed was comfy. Bathroom was lovely. Definitely staying here again.

Hotel was able to accommodate us in the building my daughter’s team were located. Made it easier for the girls to get together.

On 7/2/26 my family arrived at Grandview Las Vegas For a 4 night stay. We have stayed at the hotel at least a dozen times over many years. After the first night one of my guests complained of bug bites but did not realize they were bed bugs until the 2nd day. There were bed bugs in the pull out couch room 1401-B Hotel staff was alerted of the multiple bed bug bites and shown pictures of the bites date stamped and moved very slowly to remedy the issue. We requested a room change which only occurred because we continued to call the front desk and ask for updates. We were moved to a different room several hours later late afternoon. We were not told how we would be compensated for the terrible inconvenience of over a dozen bed bugs bites. Upon self inspection of the area under the pull out bed there were casings of bed bugs attached to the backing of the rug and a series of small blood stains (typical of bed bugs) on the flip side of the mattress that could not be seen unless it was flipped over. We were stunned that the mattress appeared to have been flipped over to conceal the bed bug blood stains as there were also liquid stains on the same side of the mattress. It has been 3 days since we reported the bed bug problem and we haven’t heard anything back from the hotel as to how we will be compensated whether full or partial on the fees we were charged for a very alarming experience.

There are a few areas where I believe the guest experience could be improved. Communication could be more responsive. While the property sends text messages, any reply or request is met with an automated response that doesn't actually address the concern, making it difficult to get assistance. Parking was by far the biggest challenge, especially for families with young children arriving late at night. Finding a parking space was extremely difficult and added unnecessary stress after a long day. Additionally, requests made through the front desk—such as extra linens for the sofa bed or additional towels—took close to an hour, and sometimes longer, to be fulfilled. When booking, I specifically selected and paid for a pool-view room, but our room overlooked the highway instead. Since the front desk was located so far from our building, it wasn't practical to walk back and request a room change or other reasonable accommodation. Despite these issues, we still enjoyed our stay. With improvements to communication, parking, response times, and ensuring guests receive the room type they reserved, this property would provide an even better experience.

Everything is was excellent. My family and I love it. It will be great to come back.

It's a nice hotel to stay in super spacious. The only thing is there are no employees at the actual hotels to ask questions or if help needed. The rooms are not cleaned daily. Other than that everything else was good. Easy check in and to check out you just have to leave the hotel keys inside the room.

Our family staycation at Grandview was really nice. We ran into a few issues with our room not being stocked with essentials, but they corrected them promptly. We also had clogged sinks, but otherwise everything else was good. We will definitely return.

I got assigned a room that was booked. So when I was trying to go into my “room” a person came out. And then I was really embarrassed. So we both thought maybe it was the next door one. So I tried that and it didn’t work. So I called the front desk and they said “sorry they have you took A not B” and that they were gonna send someone with the new keys. I waited for 25 mins for the new key by the door. No one ever came. So I saw an employee and asked if they can open up the room because I was waiting. So then they opened it for me I asked them “please check if someone’s not in that room already” and guess what. Someone was. lol. So I was Assigned TWO rooms which were already booked and people were in there. I had to walk all the way to the front with my luggage etc. and I was just over it. About after 40 mins later I FINALLY got a room. I guess first check if your room is free and the keys works before you take your stuff down. Because then you’ll be like me and walk around with your stuff. And it was already really hot outside.
