I arrived around 11:00 AM and was given the runaround regarding early check-in. I was told that I did not have early check-in and would need to wait for my room. However, when I returned around 3:30 PM, I was unexpectedly charged for both early check-in and late checkout. I had to dispute the charges with the front desk, and I am currently still waiting for the refund to be processed. What made the situation even more frustrating was that I was unable to use any of the resort amenities while waiting for my room, including the pool. Given the inconvenience and the confusion caused by the hotel, I was disappointed that no upgrade, resort credit, complimentary item, or other gesture was offered to make up for the experience. Unfortunately, the room itself did not make up for the poor start to the stay. Our room overlooked a roof, and the shower had an issue where water ended up all over the bathroom floor. On top of that, the walls were extremely thin, and we could hear a significant amount of noise from neighboring rooms. The biggest positive is the location. Harrah’s is extremely convenient and made getting around Las Vegas very easy, which I appreciated.

The "resort fee" is a joke. What exactly am I paying for? There was a Keurig coffee maker in the room - but I had to pay for the pods... There were hygiene products on the wall of the shower and a TINY bar of soap to wash my hands with, but they were not worth over $50 per day... I did use the pool and 2 pool towels during one day of my stay - again, not worth over $50 per day. There are no modestly priced food options in the hotel, The "food court" is not modestly priced. The tray of items for purchase in the room is ridiculous. I will say that all staff I encountered in my stay were more than friendly and helpful. I did not have any negative contact with anyone who worked for Harrah's. Everyone was pleasant, helpful, and friendly. I appreciated that a lot. I thought the price for the room was more than fair. It was a bargain. But, because I did not have a car on this trip and would have liked to stay in or very near my hotel to eat, the food options available were a problem. Overall, I will not stay at this property again if there are other options. It was not a good value for my vacation dollars.

Had a fun time at Harrah's. The hotel is situated close to the middle of the strip, with everything within walking distance. The dueling piano show every night was pretty good. All in all, exactly what you'd expect from a hotel on the strip.

The room was good and clean, but it didn’t have a mini fridge and with 110 degrees outside not being able to have a cold drink is awful.

I would

Room was fine. Was given a handicap accessible room (which is fine), but no shower curtain so water everywhere. Adjoining room was so noisy, which isnt their fault. Overall, would stay here again

It was easy to get to the strip or the monorail from the Harrah

Clean room, helpful staff

Everything was fine. It was a clean facility. The only thing that I found weird was that I did not request my room to be clean so I was not expecting anyone to come into my room. I noticed that I had some food products that you purchase were missing that I knew I had not taken. Come to find out the food people can come into your room at any time because apparently they are contract party. It would’ve been nice if they would have informed me prior to someone coming in without permission. It had me thinking I was going crazy with missing food or either the staff was doing something to cause me to have extra fees attached. They have to come up with a better system. If something would’ve been missing out of my room I would’ve been highly upset.

Super Clean hotel and smelled fantastic

Clean room and check in was good

They nickel and dime you at check-in. They had my room available, but as I arrived at 1 PM and they wouldn’t let me into my room without paying a $50 surcharge.
-
Might be my new Vegas strip hotel! It was clean, convenient and comfortable. Just wish the food court stayed open later!

After waiting in line for about 30 minutes to check in, we finally got to our room. The moment we opened the door, we were hit by a very strong cigarette smoke odor. It was so bad that even my husband, who is a smoker, couldn’t tolerate it. We had to go back downstairs and wait in line for another 30 minutes to request a different room. Unfortunately, the second front desk employee who helped us showed no empathy or apology for the inconvenience. The first employee who had checked us in also saw us return but never acknowledged the situation or apologized. We even had to ask for an update before anyone told us they were looking for another room. In the end, we were moved from a king room to a room with two double beds. By the time everything was resolved and we finally got into the new room, it was already around 3:00 a.m. Thankfully, the replacement room did not smell like smoke, and at that point we were too exhausted to go back downstairs again. The hotel itself was fine, but the room quality and especially the lack of empathy and customer service from the front desk made this a very disappointing experience.
