Hilton Vacation Club Cancun Resort Las Vegas

Our second year staying here, and just as great of an experience as before. Very clean, incredibly friendly staff, and overall just a great choice for those wanting to have a family-friendly stay off the strip, but close enough to still visit with ease. The air freshener scent was very overpowering in the building, however I would much prefer this to the smell of smoke. If you have a sensitivity to fragrance, it may be an issue. We avoided the timeshare sales pitch at check in, however they did try ringing our room pretty early to give us the "welcome pack" pitch. We declined, and they didn't push any further, which we appreciated.

Myself and family has stayed numerous times.The staff has great customer service. The rooms are so worth it! I recommend balcony facing the pool is always a beautiful view.

It was very clean. Staff was nice. It wasn’t overly crowded. My room smelled like paint, which gave my wife headache. The kid on top of us ponder on the floor and cried for about an half hour one day. Only one elevator was working almost our whole stay. We asked for salt and pepper to brought to the room and none never showed up. Mine and my family’s clothes got stuff in the washer for over 3 hours waiting on someone to help after 2 calls and a walk to the front the desk.

Great price, rooms are super clean, staff helpful had a great time at resort spend most time at pool. Had an amazing time at resort the pool area was so clean and well staffed. No fighting for chairs enough chairs for everyone and so many jacuzzies in all different areas of the pool.

We will return to this establishment. Needs some minor maintenance but other than that nice property.

For safety, some of the young lifeguards were inattentive to the swimmers. They were on cell phones, one was either drunk or high and was sleeping in the lifeguards tower. One child needed rescue but another guest got to her since the lifeguards weren't paying attention. Consider retraining or reminding of responsibilities. If cell phones are allowed, perhaps rewrite regulations to not allow electronics at work.
