Hilton Vacation Club Cancun Resort Las Vegas

The room could’ve been cleaner. There was a bloody booger on the wall. The floors were dirty.

Stayed here with my daughter for a quick weekend get away before school started. All the staff were helpful and room service food was amazing and the price was reasonable. Would stay again

Rooms had an outdated feel even tho they said they put us in a recently refurbished room. Staff wasn’t all that friendly.

This place was more then enough.. had almost everything we needed in one place.. my 3 daughter's loved it 11,13,14 ... we will be back ASAP .. thanks Cancun resort you guys are the best ... 🎉

The master bathroom has a sewage smell.

The pool was closed, so no we didn’t enjoy our stay.

We accidentally left behind some items in the room being rushed out with the 10am check out. We didn’t realize our missing items until we arrived home later in the evening. When calling the front desk to ask if they could check our room and with housekeeping I was met with a rude, unfriendly attitude and disgruntled assistance. I was told they couldn’t help me and I had to fill out an online form to report my missing items that were left in the room. Instead of just being able to send a housekeeping personnel or any one to the room to check to be able to assist me in real time, I’m left not knowing if my items were “found” and turned in and have no idea how long it takes for my online form to be responded to. I’ll probably never see my items again. I’m completely frustrated with their lack of real time assign ensuring I get my belongings back.

This a fun hotel to stay at and nice rooms. I do very much dislike the parking fees though. I thought they were included. Way too expensive to have parking fees and resort fees. After having to unexpectedly pay for those, the stay doesn’t feel quite so fun

Everything was AMAZING! 5 stars.

The resort was a great option off the strip for our basketball tournament 4 day stay. However, we were incorrectly checked in at front desk which caused to incur fees and issues on our last night stay. Manager Amber was very kind on excusing the resort from their mistakes however failed to look into my credit card charges. I have called and left 3 messages to get refunded, and she refuses to call me back. I am very upset that my credit card was charged multiple times for an error on resort behalf. And now I have to dispute charges. Very unprofessional on all levels.

Enjoyed the time at the pool with the family

the staff were very helpful all over the hotel. but the pizza from the restaurant...well it was excellent. I heard you grow you own herbs and tomatoes. is this true?

From the outside, the property is very beautiful and from the inside there are nice amenities. It’s not bad looking but for what you paid for it you would expect something more high class.

This is my second time we staying. at this beautiful hotel me and my family we have a great time we can’t wait to get back. Thank you Hilton and thank you the front desk lady that help she was 10 a 10 professional and the best customer service I have ever had thank you again

This was the 1st time me and my family stayed here. I highly recommend this hotel, great friendly staff. They were very helpful with an issue I ran into. They did everything they could to make me feel comfortable. I would book this hotel again when I visit Vegas again in January.
