The only thing I noticed is that the lifeguards are all on their phones while guarding. They hide it in the middle of their red floatation savers or inside clear fanny packs. They are definitely not watching the water. Luckily my kids are strong swimmers. Overall a great family hotel where kids can play on the water slides and with games. Would come back for sure!

My family and I always enjoy staying as a guest at Hilton Cancun Resort. From the front desk amazing staff especially Leonardo. I love the pool area clean and shady. The room is always clean and smells good. Thank you again for welcoming my family and myself for this year vacation.

It was our second stay at the resort, we love it so much we lol forward to staying there again soon .

One thing to know is that after you check in they try and get you to go to a 90 min presentation for a timeshare

Stated for a quick night on our way through. Staff were very polite and helpful and the kids loved the pool!

Rooms are very comfortable. Extra helpful staff and nice to have kitchen! The only thing I wish they had is shuttle service to strip and airport. Didn't have time to get in pool this time but my daughter said it was great. They supplied towels. I have always stayed here when in Vegas. You can enjoy everything on the strip and go to your quiet room and relax.
