Everyone from cleaners to desk to life guards were super friendly

The location was convenient, and the resort itself looks nice. The pool area was good, especially for a family with children. The rooms are spacious and having a full kitchen is also a nice feature. Unfortunately, the positive things about the property did not make up for our overall experience. The service and attitude from the staff were disappointing and not what we expected from a Hilton property. There were several issues during our stay, and we did not feel that enough attention was given to resolving them. Cleanliness and the overall condition of some areas could also be improved. For the price we paid, we expected a much higher level of service and comfort. Overall, we simply did not feel that the stay was worth the money, and we would probably choose a different hotel next time.

our patio deck was aged and cracked. the light sockets in the living room did not work and there is no maid service unless you stay 7 days or more We did eat breakfast at the restaurant the food was very good and hot. the service was very good as well. we’ve been coming here for years but we could definitely see a decline in appearance and attitude

This was the nicest place I have ever stayed at in Vegas. Room was more like a small apartment than a hotel room. The place was quiet but still close to the fun stuff. Definitely coming back here.

The room was very clean and the property look beautiful and the pools were amazing not real cold just right. The only thing was when you had guest come over they needed a parking pass or your guest had to park off property and walk which was not good for my mother who is 88 years old and had to walk because they said her car would get towed a permanent parking pass for each room but they should have guest parking for family that comes and visits they should give temporary parking pass and they return it to the guard when they leave.

Just what we wanted after a long flight for an overnight stay. Great location off strip. Large supermarket nearby to grab food. Great value. Room set up good only complaint uncomfortable sofa bed.

Room was great but after traveling in a car for 11 hours I just wanted room service. Got to our room at 8 pm took a look and saw you could order room service til 10! Called 5 times and zero answer.

We thought the pool and gym were nice The AC wasn’t working well. I asked for it to be looked at but it was still very warm in the bedroom and freezing elsewhere. The carpet in the unit was filthy. When we showered and walked around, our feet were immediately dirty.
