Hilton Vacation Club Cancun Resort Las Vegas

Many facilities; very clean; great rooms Construction in early AM outside of room while I was on a Court Zoom

Our flight was delayed overnight and I wanted someplace away from the strip to spend the few hours until morning. It was quiet, clean and very spacious. Much more than we needed for a few hours but would be excellent for a family vacation.

Super nice resort! Staff over all were friendly and welcoming! Rooms were nice, modern and super clean! Only 2 complaints are 1. we called for towels and they never came. 2. Lifeguards are very young, super unwelcoming and make you feel like a bother.

The room was nice. Clean and big enough for a family with kids. Jasmine checked us in and she was so friendly and kind. Its a little ways off the strip if you're in Vegas for that but its really not that bad.

The room was great and super spacious. The staff was awesome, and the hotel restaurant is really good too. Everyone was so nice. I’d definitely recommend it.

We have stayed here a few times with our whole family....Staff amazing as always and My family Loved their stay as usual.

The kitchen have cucarachas , sucks , needs to fumigation the kitchen’s

Closed, the slides were closed the three times we tried to have kids go, lifeguards on duty sleeping and on there phones. Bar and food closed at 8 pm. But not able to bring food and drink in even though the options there were closed. No shuttle service or concierge able to assist in uber, shuttle or busing.

Unbelievable customer service. They were super accommodating
