Hyatt Place Las Vegas at Silverton Village

It would have been nice to know when breakfast ended on the weekdays. The pool was absolutely freezing and so was the hot tub, which I thought was weird considering we were in the desert. Otherwise, staff was nice, room and property was clean and since it is off the strip, it was quiet.

The room was fantastic!! Loved having a couch to watch TV. It was so easy to get to and just far enough away from the busyness of Vegas but still quick to get to any place on the strip. The property was so clean and staff was friendly and helpful. The only down side was the breakfast. They had staff filling the trays of "hot food" but it wasn't hot. I was the first one to get some out of the new trays and the eggs, potatoes and waffles were cold. The waffle was so dry that it crumbled when I tried to cut it with a knife because I couldn't cut it with my fork.

Overall it was great service would definitely start booking here more often, has become a top hotel to stay in for the weekend.

Very friendly and helpful staff.

Though we've stayed here multiple times before, this visit was disappointing. We encountered several maintenance issues: a constantly running toilet, a shower that took forever to heat up (wasting water in a drought-stricken area), an A/C unit with missing buttons that required a pen or some other object to operate, and just one working elevator during our entire three-night stay.

Amazing place to stay if you have kiddos ! Also they have amazing breakfast!

We arrived after midnight and the staff member refused to check us in because the reservation was under my spouses name. Even after Expedia explained the situation to the hotel staff, they still wouldn’t budge. They wouldn’t even let us book the same room we had already paid for under my name so we could have a place to sleep, even if we paid in full again for another room. We travel A LOT and this was literally the worse customer service experience we have ever had at ANY hotel anywhere. We will likely never stay at this hotel chain anywhere again because of this experience. I’d avoid this place at all cost if that’s how they’re treating their guests.

The staff was friendly and were always making sure everything was in order. They even offer a free shuttle to nearby casinos. Breakfast was great, parking free and easy. The room was refreshingly cool upon arrival. Beds were comfortable. Definitely would recommend!

Location is nice, convenient off the highway. Very clean, brand new, comfy beds and tasty breakfast.

Déjeuner excellent!! Le staff au lobby étaient d'une gentillesse. La terasse à l'extérieure est sublime. Notre famille a adoré!
