Breakfast was frozen egg mcmuffuns you had to heat up in the microwave.

No refund deposit on time

Building was under construction, and yet, the staff was excellent. As helpful as they could be. The breakfast was minimum because, I assume, of the construction. The rooms were clean, and newly refinished. I would stay here again.

Rooms were nice , beds was comfy Elevators ,pool ,and dining area need to be fixed ASAP

Hotel seemed empty upon arrival and we were informed at check in that the pool was out of service and the elevator didn't work. The lady then proceeded to put us on the third floor because they were so "busy". Mind you there were only a few vehicles in the parking lot. Terrible experience from start to end. When asking about cancelling the next night's stay I was told it was too late. We left the next day and just ate the cost to stay at a much finer hotel downtown. Avoid this place at all cost if you can.

Located in a bad area, hotel room was nasty and smelled of mold, elevator was broken, and the list continues. Never again. I've always had a great experience with Holiday Inn Express, but this one is horrible.

This was a very poorly run hotel. The kitchen was closed, the pool was closed, and the elevator did not work at all during our entire stay. I would advise against staying here as it appears the management doesn’t care about its customers.

Amenities is terrible, Elevator is broken

The hotel is currently undergoing a renovation and a brand change within the IHG group . So there was no breakfast this time and the elevators were not working. The room that I stayed at has been renovated and was very nice

Clean and respectful Nothing

Yes they stole my money after having me use my credit card for a deposit when I checked out they said that I dirty their towels and charged my card $145 and the $100 deposit talk to me rudely on the phone and said so what they already got the money

hotel was misrepresented stated there was a pool. No it was being remodeled without stating such. Hotel advertised breakfast. No, Breakfast limited to yogurt, a pastry, juice, and milk. Several customers commented there wasn’t coffee. TV wasn’t hooked up
