Clean, comfortable. Easy to have our two small dogs with us. A massive renovation /expansion going on, but it didn't bother us. Quiet at night.

Staff great, food great, room very clean, parking good, still fixing some of the property I think for more parking. Remodeling going on but not bad, did not inconvenience us. Security good. Don’t walk around at night, like anywhere.

Fantastic bed!! Good breakfast. limited parking due to the hotel being under construction with a new wing being added, but we did get a parking spot both nights. Housekeepers are super nice!

When we were there I think it was upgrading in progress. Our room was nice, the lobby was nice. But everything else was dated but work was being done. The staff was fantastic. Very helpful and very kind people. The area is a bit rough.

I was awakened at 4 am by the front desk staff having a load, laughing conversation. We were on the first floor probably since we had our dog. So, after 20 minutes I walked down to the desk. The man appeared to be from the construction crew.

Room is a little small hard to use crutches in. Very clean. Staff were wonderful. Bathroom was spotless. Towels were soft and fluffy.

Overall, my experience was very good. The staff was helpful and very informative, which made my experience even better.
