The hotel was very clean and looked new. I would recommend it.

Property was clean and inviting. Staff (Frank) was welcoming, efficient, went above and beyond to track a membership number and was entertaining. Breakfast was excellent and convenient. Room was spacious and accommodating. Great Stay!

We need a refund or at least an adjustment.

Location was good for what we needed. Beds are getting old. Road noise and tavern in the direct parking lot of the hotel. Staff was great, breakfast was good and the pool was clean and refreshing.

Check in was easy and quick. Staff was very friendly. Breakfast was good with many options. The floor in the room was not clean. We used a towel to wipe a spot and it was blac After cleaning the spot. I dont think it had been mopped in a few visits.

Finally, at 2:45 p.m., Frank approached me in the lobby and agreed to check me in. I felt that Frank could be more accommodating and understanding. The next morning, at 9 a.m., I was awakened by two female housekeepers in rm115. They knocked on the door and, before I could answer, they opened it! They didn’t say what they wanted; instead, they asked me if I needed anything. The two ladies were laughing and giggling the entire time and wouldn’t leave, keeping me at the door longer than necessary. It was incredibly rude of them to come to my room at 9 a.m., especially since the check-out time is 11 a.m. They should have checked with the front desk and gotten a list of rooms that had already been checked out. I hadn’t checked out yet and was still asleep. There are many areas for improvement in this hotel. Management should look into this situation and take appropriate action. On a positive note, manager Lorna Alvarez was incredibly friendly and took the time to notice the small, detailed request. Kudos to Lorna!

My stay was very comfortable, even if it was 110 deg outside.

I loved my stay. The breakfast was fresh and hot each morning. Very clean and friendly staff. Would definitely recommend.
