Went to hotel for pool didnt get to use pool it was not available said out of order

Rooms are clean and staff very friendly. Always stay there when visiting family in Vegas. I highly recommend.

The showers water pressure was not that great for people with thick hair and the shower head wasn’t working properly

Easy to get to and I loved the night light and comfy bed.

The rooms were great! And the amenities were great too. My kids loved the pool which was a big plus! We were about 20 minutes from the strip which was not bad. There is also a Dennys a couple feet away. Also some restaurants and gas station. The only thing was that the floor in the room and the counters had a lot of dog hair probably from the previous customers. We even found some dog hair on our bed sheets but since we were just staying for 2 nights we didn’t want to make a big deal out of it. But everything else was great!

The customer service was excellent, when I arrived was able to drop off my medical equipment early. The Lady that was in front that checked me in had a great attitude and smile. She wore glasses I forgot her name. But excellent customer service

This is my go to hotel when in Vegas. Prices are very reasonable and location for me is excellent. The 215/Sunset location is 20 minutes from the airport and has all the major outlets close by. 24 hr gym and a great pool.

Room 108 was clean but bathroom door did not close at all. I was exhausted from our trip & should have asked for a different room but I would expect that housecleaning should have reported. Seems as though it’s been like that for awhile. In future they should not offer that room until fixed

I loved that they have considered the safety of anyone needing a bit of assistance in the bathroom with by adding the handlebars.
