Hotel was nice and spacious rooms breakfast was just ok

The property itself was nice and clean. What I was very unhappy with was the fact that Booking,com showed the price as $20 and some odd cents and when I checked in it was $213.00. Foolish me. It was too late then. Not a happy camper. Knowing the true price up front.

It’s new I am extremely disappointed with how this property handled my reservation. I booked the room through Booking.com and received a confirmation clearly showing the final price. At check-in, the staff did not inform me that the hotel would charge a different or substantially higher rate. I later discovered that the property had charged my credit card nearly $200—far more than the confirmed booking price. Since it was already around midnight, I waited until the following morning to speak with the front desk. What was particularly concerning was the response I received. I was told that because I had already checked in, I simply had to pay whatever amount the hotel had charged. I was never given the opportunity before check-in to accept or reject this substantially higher price. I find this handling of the reservation unacceptable and disrespectful. If the property did not intend to honor the confirmed rate, that should have been clearly communicated before allowing me to check in, not after charging my card. The nearly $200 charge was even higher than what I paid for my night at The Venetian.

Nothing. We had confirmed reservations through Booking.com, and the rooms were guaranteed with credit card. When we arrived they would not honor our confirmed reservations or room rate, and they wanted us to pay over $150 higher rate per room. We would not tolerate their attempted extortion, so we spent several hours finding and booking alternate accommodations. It was the worst experience I ever had at a hotel, and Hilton’s handling of the situation was shameful and inexcusable.

Our stay was very nice, first thing we noticed was how nice the lobby smelled and how friendly the front desk was. We enjoyed our stay from the cleanliness and the accommodations, a gym, a pool, livable situation in the room!

The hotel was clean and convenient to the freeway. The free breakfast buffet was very good. The room, air conditioner was noisy and did not work well. There was no working exhaust fan in the bathroom. Other than that, I would recommend the hotel.

Didn't have breakfast the line was too long and didn't have the time to wait but that's not the property fault. I couldn't right a review on that. Everything else was excellent, service, cleaniness, amenities and property excellent! Differently would book at home2 again.

I stay here for work every single time I am in town. Convenient, great breakfast, friendly and helpful staff, very clean property and rooms.
