La Quinta Inn & Suites by Wyndham Las Vegas Summerlin Tech

I Was here for a short weekend trip. Staff were really nice upon arrival. One thing I did notice was that the towels in the room were still dirty, other than that everything else was clean. Breakfast was typical hotel breakfast, eggs, sausage, waffles, cereal. During our stay when I was in the hot tub I did notice a man pointing a phone towards the hot tub and looking, I believe he was recording, not sure if he was on the phone or what was going on with that, so I would just be aware of surroundings when here, as you should everywhere. Overall had a great stay though, great price and great staff (Atleast the ones I had interacted with.)

This hotel had the friendliest staff I have ever encountered! From the front desk to the maids to the folks who oversaw the breakfast, every single staff member was incredibly friendly and helpful. They all made you feel very welcome. We will definitely be returning here.

The location was great as there was a WalMart across the freeway. Rooms were clean and comfortable. We took advantage of the free breakfast both days and we consider this a plus versus staying at one of the casino resorts with the additional resort fees that does not include free breakfast. The staff was very helpful during our check-in. The only issue we found was the bathtub was stained and the stains could not easily be wiped off/cleaned so I think those are permanent. There was a pool and gym at the location. We always look for a La Quinta Inn wherever we go on vacation.

Overall, good place to stay. Love that it is smoke-free!

I like the easy access, but there was an issue with a light in the room that they have not fixed yet. Also coffee pot coffee pod holder does not fit in room coffee maker. Never resolved as many times as I've brought it up.

I liked the location, free parking, continental breakfast, the room was comfortable. No AC I the lobby where breakfast is served, the hallways were hot and smelled. The elevators were constantly dirty. The fact that the flavored creamers were removed especially when coffee is available le all day and watered down is not okay. Turndown service was very late in the day. The eggs were dry and overcooked.

Exceptionally clean, great breakfast, and great value.

The breakfast had limited options. The front desk person who works night shift was very rude and unprofessional.

The things that kept me from giving a 5 star rating are: 1. The elevator is slow and the door scraps when opening and closing. 2. The front desk employee on night shift when I stayed wasn’t very pleasant when i called and went to the front desk with a question.

We had such an incredible stay for the value. The room was spacious, and had everything you needed (coffee maker, refrigerator, microwave, toiletries, etc.) not to mention exceptionally clean. Check in and check out was seamless. The free breakfast was great. Staff was friendly. Bed was comfortable .

I didn't stay there because they said that they had no reservation for me I need a refund they said they had no reservation for me, so I didn't stay there
