I like that it was off the strip. Lots of place to dine in close to area. No towels in the gym. May spray alcohol to use in between use of the treadmills.

Everything went well until the last day of our stay. Apparently, there’s only one luggage cart for the entire hotel! It was nowhere to be found and we had to make multiple trips from the third floor to bring things down to our car. We’ve stayed here several times before and there were numerous carts. Hoping they will get more.

It was close to where we wanted to stay It was run down, carpet was filthy, bathroom was dirty.

We were surprised this hotel is rated as high as it was. Our original room we were given had an absolutely filthy bathroom. Part of the ceiling was peeling and the floor was dirty / mildewy. I went to request a new room and the front desk girl was quite annoyed. Perhaps because she had to stop watching videos with her boyfriend. We were given a new room which was okay - but, honestly, it was still not what I would call a nice or clean room. It was okay for one night. We are pretty tolerant for rooms, but this was disappointing. The carpet was really stained - a lot - Would think it would be a 6 or 5 out of 10 not an 8. Maybe okay if you get it for under $80 - but really i'd look elsewhere. Dirty rooms, clutter in the lobby area, not great staff.

The rug needs to be pulled up in this room. They came and changed the filters and sprayed a cleaning solution, but there was still an order. But the staff was amazing!

Easy to check in, clerk was nice. Location was good for what I needed. Couldn't find extra pillows and blankets even though we had a pullout couch. The shower soap was completely empty, the shampoo only had a couple pumps left... How did they not refill these??

It was okay for the price. The neighborhood felt safe enough but the facilities were underwhelming. There was no hot water and, when they said that they would wave the pet fee, it never happened. It was a good night's sleep but it was hard to get refreshed for the road the next morning.
