Good place great price elevators dirty and smelly but I guess for the price

The room was nice and large, although a bit dated. However… Although things were a bit dated, everything was very nice and clean in the room… Just a bit dated by today’s standards. The down stairs, lobby, and all were up-to-date until you got off the elevator. All in all clean, larger room than most at this price… Just a bit dated. Was a very pleasant stay.

Fairly close to popular chain stores and restaurants. The exterior access door closest to our room was out of service and held open by a rock…not ideal. They also do not offer a breakfast or even complimentary coffee at the lobby in the morning. I’d still stay there again.

Loved everything about this stay. The staff were so amazing, friendly, and helpful. We arrived earlier than expected into Las Vegas. It was hot and humid and since we were traveling with our dog had limited places to go inside to cool off. The staff allowed us to check in 2 hours early which was above and beyond. The facility is very clean, excellent size rooms, and all in good repair. Every staff member we encountered were very friendly and helpful. would rate them as a 20 if I could. I will definitely stay here again when we return to Vegas. No complaints at all.

The staff is amazing. Angel and Tony are the absolute best. If there are any issues, they work for you to resolve it. Immediately.

They advertise amenities but those amenities were not available consistently. Laundry room dryers were unavailable for two days at least. Room not serviced for half of my stay. Not Satisfied

Convenient to all locations There were debris and eggs in the parking lot, and I slipped and fell I reported it to the girl upfront actually two of them and all they said was just to put ice on it my shoulder still not good. I’m surprised asked me to write something, but I told him to clean out the gutter where I fell before somebody else gets hurt .

Staff is nice and friendly. Shopping center and restaurants are in walking distance. Room is outdated and dark. The rug in the room could use some deep cleaning due to large visible stains. AC was running loud. Bathtub clogged but did get fixed when we reported it. Guest laundry wasn’t in working order.

Housekeeping didn't clean our room. We had to call for fresh towels and then when they brought them they seemed put out and upset about it. When the apartment or whatever it is behind the front desk makes food the whole first floor smells like curry. Toilet kept clogging. (Even with number 1). AC in the room was loud and didn't cool below 75. Would not stay here again.

This place has gone downhill since last year. Men in the parking lot, shirtless drinking and blasting music for hours all weekend. Sure sounds like fun, but not when you can hear the music in your room lol. People leaving rocks on all the gates so anyone can come in and use up all the chairs and pool in the courtyard. One of the back doors "out of order" and it's just open for anyone to walk in. Young employees at the front desk who seem scared and hide from guests. Don't even get me started on the laundry- it's clear they don't want to pay for anything- one washer has been broken since last fall!! And a year later second one breaks. These people have cheap prices for a reason, don't expect anything extra. Sheets stained.
