It was a little tricky at check in because the Mirage did not have my sister noted as an authorized guest. I called Allan in your customer support group and he was able to contact the hotel and she was checked in after about 40 minutes. I AM VERY GRATEFUL FOR ALLAN'S HELP!!!

Staff was unfriendly at best. Security was a joke. This hotel should not be recommended to anyone

Finally issue got resolved after my stay is complete and I checked out.

Hotel engine and Mirage couldn’t get the billing right. Lot of unnecessary calls back and forth at check out still couldn’t resolve the complete transaction charge off of my personal card. Other than my billing issue the hotel was very nice and close to convention so a productive stay that didn’t require Uber, lift , or rental car to go my expo.

It was very nice! Room was clean. Bed was comfy! The only thing missing was coffee and coffee maker in the room!
