STERLING GARDENS HOTEL

The room I got was nothing like the reservation image I received, the rooms window blinds were broken down like someone tore the place up, there were huge water bugs, the shower floor mat was filthy, laundry room didn't work, and it's been over 2 weeks since my stay and I am having the most difficult time getting me deposit back. The hotel supposedly sent it through usps, but the tracking number they gave me still doesnt exist after 2 weeks and they aren't showing any sense of urgency to get it to me. Not to mention, they almost made miss my flight return home because of a "meeting" the GM had with staff that was more important than checking me out for my cash deposit back even after I had a previous conversations days ahead with the staff member on the importance of me being checked out timely. I was fortunate enough to skip the security line at the airport which is the only reason I made my flight just as they were closing the door. I have yet to receive my refund. Very dissatisfied.

property and Room was outdated & dirty; Window blinds were missing slats/did not provide adequate privacy; AC was not working correctly (room temp never got cooler than 80 degrees); Only one accessible power outlet in the kitchen worked.

It’s close to freemont Small ac units that took all day and night to cool the room down the shower had bad water pressure the WiFi was constantly connecting and disconnecting and the tub was cracked and looked gross

It was perfect location for EDC festival and close enough to the strip without the traffic. Will definitely stay there again!

Bathtub was very old. Shower was broken. No extra charging outlet.

Office personnel was outstanding- truly an asset to establishment - easy parking - convenient to Fremont ( nice walk )

Lost getting there a bit menacing on the streets. Shower too hard and water wasnt much hot. Lights in eoom shone through blinds a bit.

Bed stained just clean sheets but not even for sure as was scary to check propely. Additional furniture just stained and dirty especialy highill chair i don't want imagine what oeople did there and for sure never cleaned before. Was looking for an other hotel just when check in, but did stay just one night. I travel a lot and this is the second worse place i stayed just after Mumbay in India

Showed up at 9 and the office was closed, they took our money and we had to find a different hotel.
