not spectacular but clean for the most part

Excellent staff and close to Freemont St.

No water pressure, main outlet didn't work, could only control fan speed not temperature of room. Loud banging/music until 4AM both nights. No elevator. This is not a 3-star hotel, more like a 1-star hotel.

The Downtower punches far above its weight in downtown Las Legas. Property is exceptionally clean and well maintained. Dee and the staff in the office are friendly and professional, eager to do anything they can to ensure you enjoy your stay. Two thumbs up. Four stars.

Favorite was the super nice staff room was clean and pool is nice and warm There is no outlet near the mirror to straighten my hair but no biggie there is other outlets in the room

Bed bugs and i was bitten everywhere they changed my room twice, dont book on this hotel The first room smells like sewage+ bedbugs!

Was late checking in for a two day reservation that was already paid for. Because they did not receive a phone call to say we were going to be late, they gave our room away to somebody else. They did give me a different room on the outside of the property instead of inside the complex. It was next to a busy road, next to a steel gate that slammed shut every time someone opened it and the room reeked of raw sewerage coming from the drains. Will definitely not be staying there again.

Staff was super friendly. 24 hour bar is a really nice touch and the option to play mini golf is so cool. Only complaints are that there wasn’t a fridge in the room. I don’t know if that’s for all of the rooms but in mine there there was not. Also the bathroom was just a little bit smaller than I would have hoped and there wasn’t a full length mirror. Otherwise I’d definitely stay again

Only thing I didn’t like is there’s no microwaves in the room or on the property in common area

The Downtowner is just a genuinely friendly, easy-going, quiet and comfortable place to stay away from the constant kra-ziness of The Strip... El Cortez is nearby and Container City, and some great spots for breakfast, and you can easily walk to The Fremont Street Experience!

When we got to our room, the beds were clean, but the walls and floor were dirty. I had to wear shoes so my feet wouldn’t stick to the floor and didn’t trust the shower at all. For the price, it was a place to rest for the night, but I wouldn’t spend multiple days. I would say all in all, if it were not for the friendly staff I would have given a 1 star.

I worked at the Oasis which is sister hotel to Downtowner and if there’s something in common with both properties it’s that they’re professional and very determined to help . My check in was really smooth with Miguel and Dee and Lesley were great in keeping me updated and asking if I needed anything through my stay ? The room was great but sheets were stained and shower was a bit dirty or might have had chemical from it being cleaned . I think leads should be more vigilant while inspecting rooms after housekeepers

The no smoking. They should have smoking in some the rooms.
