I've had great vacations from the Grand before, only this time I had problems getting the room I booked on Hotels.com, I never got that room and going back to the front desk twice complaining they said the rooms I book were not available but Hotels.com booked it for me. The room I got had a bed that sagged and had even support in the middle that was annoying trying to sleep. I like the area, the dining options, and staying there several times before I got a great room.

Everything was great except the check in and the check out. We didn’t get our promised food credit and I have proof it was included in my stay. I extended my stay a little longer and my key card got denied. Just to much issues but the hotel was good and the housekeeping service was amazing.

The room was great. Very clean. The showers worked perfectly fine. The bed was comfortable and everything we needed was conveniently close by

I will start with I was told I was getting a comped upgrade. Got to room, was no upgrade, it was the room I booked. An upgrade would’ve been a suite with a fridge. This property is dated. They’ve tried real hard, but no dice. There were multiple squeaky spots in the floor in the guest room and hall way. The AC in room was very loud, luckily drowning out the noise from the club on that side of the building. Those glass shower barriers/‘doors’ that are a half sheet are terrible. You have to stand right under the shower head or water goes all in the floor. The in room amenities are not good. Toiletries were not good. In a room with two beds there should be 4 towels, not 3. Room was clean enough. The staff was nice. Sufficient if you’re not spending much time in your room. Convenient location so you’re not directly on Fremont, but a quick and easy walk. I mean, budget convenience at best.

Love staying here! I really enjoyed the complimentary late checkout. The only issues were finding a few ants near the window and the fridge missing a leg, which was never replaced after notifying the front desk. Overall, a great stay, and I’ll definitely be back!
