Downtown Grand Las Vegas

Stay at the grand was great stayed here many time. Our shower quit working day two of our trip but after maintenance was taking too long they offered us a new room which was totally fine and appreciated. The pool area was great and the staff at the pool bar were amazing. Overall great stay would recommend.

Clean rooms, excellent service!

Minutes from Fremont st. Mob museum across the street. Very quiet. Freedom beat was a great place for breakfast. Staff was friendly and helpful.

I stayed here years ago before it was updated. I usually stay at the Paris, but decided to try the Downtown Grand again because I wanted to be closer to the Furniture market. I will definitely stay at the Downtown Grand from now on. It was very clean and quiet, the staff was friendly, and I had a fabulous dinner across the street at the George. Highly recommend!

Great place

Nice hotel. Nice room and staff. Good value. It was very hot when we were there and wanted to enjoy the pool, but the pool temperature was very hot and not refreshing.

Excellent hotel near Fremont street. The room was clean, well maintained. Hotel has an outdoor pool in the 3rd floor. There is a lavazza coffee shop in the ground floor near reception which serves coffee and bagels. I would definitely give a 9/10 for this one.

Best air conditioning ever!!! It was loud though, not intolerable though. The bed was very comfortable. It was loud Friday and Saturday night but we were warned and offered ear plugs. There was no refrigerator or microwave in the room. The rooms were separate from the casino and access controlled. Good location for downtown, not great for the strip. The affiliated restaurants were good.

The room was nice, clean, and the bed extremely comfortable! I slept so well here. Can be noisy but they offer ear plugs

Amazing

Vending machine for snack. Broken. Staff said 50% of the time they are broken. Tried to get a soda from bar/grill. They were not helpful. Rude. Bring your own soda. Rooms are good for sleeping. Pool has strict rules. Can’t bring your own drinks. Two gin a tonics, 30.00 at the pool bar. Pretty expensive. Pool closes way too early. 7pm closing. Be prepared for a resort fee (40.00 a day) and 100.00-150.00 room deposit. Key card into room kept not working. Kept replacing. Parking pass good. Lyfting to the strip will cost between (15.00-38.00) Check out is busy. Very busy.

Our room cleaner was amazing and did a great job refreshing the room every day. The casino is small but nice because it’s easily accessible. Our only issue was the extreme heat which is nothing the hotel can control. Wish we had gone where we could sit out at the pool and enjoy longer. Maybe offering the pool late at night? That would be nice.
