Clean room and quiet

The hotel was nice and very clean.

You need to update your bathrooms. They’re really outdated, nasty overall nice casino love the Golden Nugget

The check in was a little complicated because I was told to wait until my room was ready but it way pass the check in time

They only offer self check-in so you’ll find yourself standing in a line wrapped down and around the corner.

In addition, the check in and check out process is completely automated, you do everything yourself, through a kiosk, there was not the option to speak with an employee regarding any questions we had. I expected better from such a well known hotel.

I didn’t like the self check in kiosk. I prefer someone to check me in so I can ask questions. Great free parking and perfect location right on Fremont Street.

It was ok

Room had mildew and and a very disturbing smell. We did not have any wash soap until Monday when I asked. They did not clean the bedsheets. Pillow case had a musty smell. One of the bartender had a nasty attitude over charged breakfast and did not have any flavor pool was the best area overall

This staff is nearly beautiful about it was a beautiful hotel. I will definitely get the golden nugget every time I come back to Vegas if you want experience is awesome everything about the hotel. I definitely recommend and I’m very picky and very particular but this one I give a 20 ounce one.

Clean room, close to what we wanted to do

It was good for the price

Pool was overcrowded, never able to get a chair so we didn’t go. Had several charges to my card that weren’t accurate. Was told 2 different things as far as late checkout which I paid an extra $50 plus tax for, to have my keys deactivated at 145pm and couldn’t get back to our room to get our things!! Cleanliness of hotel was fair. Air conditioner was extremely loud making it hard to sleep.
