Thought I’d go relax at pool since I decided to stay an extra day but they refused to let me in without leaving my vital medications in my room. They said only medication in a bottle are allowed. I have a two condition that required immediate use if my hr gets too high.(often from dehydration or blood sugar) I couldn’t bring my snack or electrolytes because outside food and drink is prohibited. I paid $100 in daily resort fees only to be denied the amenity I stayed an extra day to use. I was denied a cancellation on my room due to policy as well. For as much money I spent at this casino/hotel as a player on top of my resort fees this is one place that doesn’t accommodate to disability unless you’re in a wheelchair. I won’t be returning. Poor customer service it’s all about the $$$

We love staying here. Room is very nice and everything is clean. The only recommendation I can make is to have a lunch spot that is upscale - the only ones we found you had to stand at the counter to order. We prefer full service and willing to pay to get that.

Don’t stay on the side of the pool if you want to go to bed before 2 am. It was clean, pretty, and the pool is great!

We got engaged at the hotel. The staff was helpful sneaking flowers into the room before we came back from our engagement. The food was amazing with live music outside. The rooms were big with walk in shower and tub. The landscaping was amazing, it was easy walk and ride into Zion.

I was initially told I would have to wait 72 hours for a response, which was unacceptable given the seriousness of the situation. I ultimately checked out because I no longer felt safe or comfortable staying there. While staff later stated that housekeeping had entered the room, I was never given a satisfactory explanation as to why the room was entered despite the Do Not Disturb sign or why no housekeeping services were performed. I hope the resort reviews its procedures to better protect guests’ privacy and security. I’m so disappointed with my hotel experience from August 01-04, 2026

Very nice hotel. Right on Fremont so you’re right in the middle of the fun

Being in Vegas where there are a lot of people Circa didn’t have that much which was great especially compared to other hotels. Casinos on 2 levels so there are plenty machines. A lot of food options on site. Stadium swim was a cool experience. Clean and well designed rooms. My room wasn’t available but I was offered a pool view room and a free drink which was exceptional customer service in my eyes. Would definitely go again.

Breakfast was great and room was clean

The bed frame is horrible. I banged my knees multiple times. One of the times it cut me and the staff did nothing. The bed frame is the same color as the carpet in the rooms and makes it difficult to see the edge. I spoke with other guests in the elevator and they all had the same issue.

It was just ok, nothing to really to celebrate. It is far from the Las Vegas Stripe though, so something to think about. There is really not much to do in that area. If you are taking a Uber or Taxi, it is extremely inconvenient. You have to walk quite a bit to get the Uber/Taxi. Also, be careful when taking a Taxi - the guy took me the long way to the airport claiming it was shorter but it was not. He took the roads instead of the highway - it literally costed 2x + what it cost me to get to the hotel.
