Plaza Hotel & Casino

The hotel and casino were clean and the staff was great. The tv only had about 4 channels had to go to bar to watch early football game. Never cleaned out room or brought clean towels in 5 days. Also free water bottles from the bar but got attitude asking for them. The employees at the front desk were very friendly and helpful. Not sure I would stay again though.

We loved our stay here. Great staff, great food, room was perfect! Loved the view of Fremont Experience. Girls week was great!!!

Great place to stay, close to old strip.

This is were we stay everytime we go to Vegas.

Restaurants were good, especially enjoyed Hash House A Go Go. Beds were comfortable and room was a good size.

Our AC was not working I called the front desk and they had someone come fix it ASAP. Would definitely stay again.

It was pretty clean and beds were comfortable. The location is pretty great, walking to everything! Luckily we were on the back side of the hotel, no view but it was very quiet, unlike the side looking over Freemont. Alll was good especially for the price. We would stay again.

It’s closed to everything, great location and friendly staff The casino smelled like cigarettes and funk. The rooms are not fully cleaned and the carpet is dirty.

I don’t usually write reviews but you all need to know what happened at the Plaza. I was traveling with my elderly father who’s can’t walk well or far. I try to stay on the things he needs and we were about to be out of toilet paper. So I called the front desk and asked could we please get some. They said we will send some right up. Ok. I waited 45 minutes and no answer me showed up. So I called both housekeepers and the front desk and finally got someone. Hey we need toilet paper. Ok we will send some up. No one came, I called again and now they don’t answer my calls. Now we are out of toilet paper and really needs some. It’s 1am and I called again and wow someone answered now hours later. Could I get some toilet paper. Yes they say we will send some up. I said I have been waiting since 8p. Ok we are sorry blah blah. I waited 45 minutes, and still no one so I start calling and again no one answered for a good hour. Finally someone answered and said we are short staff and we will get someone answered up to you as soon as we can. Ok I explained please sir it’s important we get some. Well another 45 minutes go by and a shower later. Well now I’m beyond pissed and go to the front desk at 3a now and they say we can’t give you any we have to bring it up to you. That never happened. We used the restroom in the casino but to get my dad up and downstairs to use the bathroom to avoid another shower which is hard also is just re

Didn’t have hot water the entire stay, lost power the last night.

Great stay! The hotel was clean and comfortable, and the location was excellent. Very convenient for getting around Las Vegas.

First time staying at the Plaza, would stay again if I stayed on Fremont. Clean room, clean casino, friendly staff & perfect location. However, even the renovated rooms aren’t the most impressive. Tv is super outdated, not enough lighting in the room, our sink was clogged my husband had to unclog it himself & overall the room wasn’t impressive, but it is a cheaper option so I guess. Overall a 3.5/5
