Rooms are always very neat and clean. Always my first choice in Vegas

Always a great stay within walking distance off Freemint street!

The fan/air conditioner in the room is really loud. When it would turn on - it would make a loud sound and woke us up. The room still smelled a little like smoke even though it was a non-smoking room. The staff who checked us in - was not friendly. The room was very clean and location was great. The windows need cleaning - looked hazy. When we tried to leave the parking lot - the parking arm gate was not working and it created a backlog of cars. Had to call security and finally we were able to use the card keys to exit.

The hotel only provides 2 baggage bell employees per shift for the entire hotel. We met several people that were return clients that stated they were very dissatisfied on the many downsized changes have been made by the hotel. I will not stay at the Plaza again.

First room was dirty and then got switched to a different room which was a bit clean. But over all they new to work on housekeeping.

I love the Plaza. It is older and the age shows, but it is clean and the staff is wonderful and the location and parking are great! Will be back!

Didn’t know we had breakfast included

The room was clean. The staff was good. The only thing we didn't like there wasn't a place to have breakfast or a snack bar for early morning or late night.

It was great experience didn’t had to leave the property they had everything that we needed

We love the plaza. It’s always been our place to stay in Las Vegas. The Fremont experience is so much fun. The food and drinks are awesome and the staff is exceptional at all times. The room was super cozy and comfortable. Highly recommend

Staff was super friendly and helpful at check in. Great location if wanting to hang out on Fremont Street!

The property was perfect

Como todo hotel en Las Vegas, son tan enormes que el trato es un poco distante. No se esfuerzan mucho para el trato con el latino. La ubicación para el mall muy bien y esta enfrente del fremont street experiencie. Lo recomiendo. La tarifa muy buena.

I had a worse experience in every way

I did not like the item called resort fee, it should have been included in price per night, rather than calling it a resort fee.

Clean room on 5th floor (S Tower) opposite side of hallway and not facing pool area, very quiet. S Tower elevators right next to Self Parking garage elevators, extremely convenient! Gaming areas and sportsbook well maintained and clean, plenty of table games and fun pool area -ask for pool bartender Jake, good dude. Great location, directly across the street from Fremont Experience.

Don’t fall for it. It was a joke. There is nothing like that.

We stay at the Plaza most times we visit Las Vegas. It's always been great until our latest stay. The water in the room was so hot even set to cold we couldn't use it. I stopped at the front desk as we were leaving for our days activities and they said they woul send someone to fix it. When we returned water was still scalding. Contacted the front desk and options were to have someone fix it or change rooms. We opted to change rooms and had to dash out for a dinner reservation. When we returned it was late and we just fell into bed exhausted. The next morning water temp was perfect but there were no bath towels. I ran down to grab coffee and stopped by the front desk to get towels. I was told housekeeping would drop them by in 10 minutes. Head back to the room to shower and 40 minutes later still no towels. After several attempts I reached housekeeping who acted very put out at my request. They did however bring us towels within a few minutes. This stay was so disappointing. I no longer feel confident in recommending The Plaza.
