Very nice overall

The room was very clean, towels were replenished daily. The bed was on the soft side. The staff was very helpful. The food was good. I had hoped to try the noodle shop but it wasn't opened when I was there. My room was in the newer tower and was very quiet. Although tiny, the gym was well equipped. Even in the non smoking parts of the casino, the smell of cigarettes lingered, so if you are sensitive to smoke, you may want to get a face mask. Getting around the city was easy as it is walking distance to the Bonneville transit station. Senior citizens can get half off the bus fare passes. Just be aware that buses on the strip back to downtown can be packed. Since they didn't have a shuttle from the airport, I used airporttaxitransfer.com to get to and from the airport.

From early check in was great! Front desk staff always very friendly, makes sure you are ok with the room they've chosen and just overall nice and very welcoming 😊

Would recommend this place to anybody.

The room was really nice. The only problem was the air conditioner was VERY loud. I contacted the engineering dept to fix it but it was not fixed during the stay. Further, during the three nights of our stay we were not brought towels or the room was not refreshed. For the most part we were very busy during our stay since it was a business trip and were not in the room a lot, therefore it was not a huge deal and why my rating was on the high side. The valet and bellmen were great and helpful. My car was ready quickly and when I needed to get in the car but was not going anywhere the valet people were nice and attentive. The bellmen delivered all my equipment with care and quickly. The price was good and I consider staying there again. The coffee in the Lampert Cafe was very good and the food in the Hawaiian restaurant was good. I would have ate at the Market Cafe but the line was always long and I don't consider that a bad thing, they probably have good food, hence the long lines all the time.

First time stay while visiting Las Vegas. Will definitely be staying here again for future visits. Very clean and nice room.
