Restaurants close a bit too early for Vegas.

For us, the major detractors were there were no blackout curtains in the room. The lights from the neighborhood casinos at night were bright and the window covers were about 90% effective. Still alot of light at night.

Pool is across the road, bit of a hike. Fine hotel room otherwise.

Rooms are always clean and comfortable. Loved Kimberly at the front desk. She made my day. We stay there whenever we're in Vegas

Good location, free parking, other than that; outdated hotel, but if you want downtown Las Vegas, that’s an inexpensive option, for a clean and spacious room. Pool was at a neighboring hotel.

Bed and pillows were excellent, every thing was clean except behind bath room door and carpet need to be changed or shampooed, the bathroom door was loose from top hinges and made door difficult to close. Beyond that every thing was very good. Buffet was excellent.

Room was nice, great view. Not a far walk to Fremont Street, (1/2 block) The one thing they really use is a small cafe for coffee or breakfast, the only choice is the buffet, there’s a brewery which serves food but doesn’t open till late afternoon. Other than that it’s a nice quiet place to stay.

At the reception we were promised a room on the 14-15th floor but when we got inside the elevator, we realized the room key only said 5th floor.

The place was worth the stay everyone was lovely and helpful. The pool was a at the California hotel and it’s small (traveling with kids they always look forward to the pool) I would definitely stay here again.

Old and historic property. It has seen better days but has numerous charms, such as the Berlin Wall remnants in the casino men’s room. Prime rib and beer are excellent in the brewery restaurant. The casino needs better blackjack tables. The low number of BJ tables and the unfavorable rules scare away the players. Another annoyance: The parking structure elevator was broken.

well remodeled historical hotel.free parking staff was very friendly and helpful. 2 blocks away from fremont street which is very walkable but you wont hear the noise at night.
