So if the woman who works days during the week ran the hotel I would still be living there! My best friend and I have been traveling last couple of years so we have stayed at alot of hotels..during the week it was actually pretty lovely here.front desk lady was on point and always greated us with a smile and was very knowledgeable about hotel and nearby attractions. We felt like we were in good hands. Then cut to the weekend or evening at this hotel and it was like a completely different place! The vibe was cold the ladies were rude and unprofessional and down right unreasonable and mean at times the Hawaiian woman actually made me cry one night..dont get me started about the maids! At check out one of them commented about the amount of garbage in my garbage can and kicked a plastic cup that had fallen out my direction! Every day it was pulling teeth to get towels and tp. I have never stayed at a hotel with such rude maids! When do maids confront guests? Usually they are so polite! Hotel is bizarre!! Anyway I recommend during the week otger than that no way

To make matters worse, the property had a terrible odor. The smell throughout the hotel was overwhelming and made it feel dirty and poorly maintained. Instead of trying to resolve the situation or showing any genuine concern, the staff was unhelpful and acted as if the situation wasn’t a big deal. There was no sense of urgency, no sincere apology, and no effort to make things right. After everything that happened, I no longer felt comfortable or safe staying there and decided to leave. I had to find other accommodations at the last minute, which completely disrupted my plans and caused unnecessary stress. This was one of the worst hotel experiences I’ve ever had, and I would not recommend this property to anyone. Management seriously needs to address both the security issues and the level of customer service being provided.

Easy check in Problems with the ac

The hotel was being renovated and in complete disarray. I didn't dare take a shower because the tub and bathroom were not clean. I did check the bed for bugs and it looked like it was clean but there were stains on the sheets.

Had a nice stay here. The only problem I had was the sink was leaking and the pillows were kinda hard. But the staff were friendly and the amenities were nice. It was very hot in Vegas and the AC worked amazingly! All in all good experience.

Staff is amazing. Restroom was dirty and the lights are so dim. Ac works but it takes a while to cool the room.

The location is a good spot for being close to the stadium for concerts. No complaints

Everything was dirty in the room

Room was somewhere to sleep. It was quiet and I did not hear any noise. I had no plastic cups, no iron, no blankets. I was able to sleep but worried about my car parked outside.

Came late at night and swing shift staff was very helpful. Decent clean and size room for the price.

Very dirty unsafe unpleased felt threatened. Air condition not working room, smell, musty, and old.
