Highly recommend nice atmosphere clean and pleasant

The hotel was ok. The whole hotel smelled very strongly of cigerette smoke - even our nonsmoking room. The staff was incredibly rude - especially the woman who I had to help me call someone to get the luggage carts unlocked in the morning before we could check out. It took forever! How completely inconvenient to have to wait for someone to unlock a luggage cart - and by wait I mean a good half hour. If the luggage carts tend to go missing then they should be stored in the lobby where the police officers stand - not outside where someone has to be called to go. The layout of this place and incovenience and rudeness makes us never want to go there again!

Extremely poor experience. None of our credit cards were accepted for the security deposit. Their system was cleaning not functioning. Even though it was around 3am, they did not even make an exception to let us stay. Horrible experience

I liked the clean room. Staff, kept room clean. Thanks I really appreciate the stay. The pool and hot tub was excellent.

The casino was nice and cozy and clean the machines working and well kept staff was excellent

Staff was very friendly, easy access to the casino and garage, movie theater inside the casino, food places around the casino, can’t ask for anything else, definitely recommend staying here.

Great local casino to stay. Movie theater inside casino is a plus. Our room was nice and clean. Plenty of restaurants nearby. Checking in and out was a breeze.

Hotel is nice and clean. I only have a couple of things that I’m sure people are used to. They say no smoking rooms but our room still smelled like smoke. Also the mattress was a little tough/hard. But other than that, no complaints. Room was clean, it was quiet enough, a lot of parking. I’d stay again. I went to visit family so it was a good spot not centered in all the chaos of Vegas.
