Best Western Plus North Las Vegas Inn & Suites

Excellent service , staff is friendly and rooms are clean , you get breakfast and parking is included. I highly recommend!

The room was spacious and clean with nice smelling towels, a clean bed and shower. It was a pleasant stay and I’d stay again.

Definitely one of the better "cheap" hotels I've stayed at.

It’s a best western. It’s definitely not a five star resort. But giving it five stars with that being said clean affordable safe we got breakfast buffet complementary parking was free. There was a pool. I like that it was off the strip for our family needs but still close enough 10 minute drive to get to Fremont Street.

Hotel was old and hard to find and get to. Once checked in, there were many things that were not great. Also, freeway on one side and train on the other, so if you are sensitive to noise, do not stay here. Overall it was average. Not Best Western standard.

This hotel is situated between a highway and an industrial complex, with train tracks running alongside. The pool is in an alcove outside, which provides shade, but no airflow. The pool chairs were all threadbare, and the highway shoulder full of trash is the view from the pool. The front desk clerk made several mistakes, all while I was standing there trying to get a refund for being double charged. There are no nearby stores, restaurants, or green grass on this property. The room itself was remodeled, but the hallway carpet was stained and visibly dirty. Breakfast was decent, but not great.

There were roaches in my room

Breakfast isn't served until 6:30am. So if you are on a work trip for any company other than a mid day shift at McDonald's, I'd shy away from this hotel if you plan on having complimentary breakfast. The whole hotel is beat, and is given the landlord special when needing maintenance. You will also be spending an above average amount when compared to other surrounding competitors, and unfortunately, there is no incentive for this higher cost. First time at BW, and certainly my last.

The 48-hour stay was satisfactory overall. However, the beds were uncomfortable and hard, and the room was not serviced, lacking bed-making and fresh towels. This was an unusual experience for a Best Western hotel. We stayed in a connecting room, and prior notice would have been appreciated. There was also an issue with being charged twice, necessitating a dispute.

Room was clean but housekeeping didn't come to clean room on our stay. Breakfast was decent. Hotel is near railroad tracks you will here it at night.

We have stayed here a few times. It fits all 5 of us easily and comfortably so we don't need a 2nd room. Breakfast in the morning is pretty standard but it is nice to not have to run out and get something.

I requested a handicap-accessible room because my husband uses a wheelchair, but the request was denied because it hadn't been submitted through Expedia. It was very inconvenient, and I have decided not to stay at Best Western Inns in the future.

Beds were so loudly creaky whenever we got up and went to the restroom.

Decent hotel! A little rough around the edges but clean and quiet. The pool was not heated and the hot tub wasn’t working but the breakfast was good and filling. We would come again!
