Best Western Plus North Las Vegas Inn & Suites

Very nice staff, breakfast was good, parking was good. The only thing was luggage transport rack, one was broken, of course the one we got. The other thing is the smell of cigarette smoke was very strong in hallway and reeking into the nonsmoking room.

Over all clean hotel and helpful staff

Breakfast was good, I just have a bad experience with my neighbors in the next room they have a very high volume music until 3:00 am or 4:00am.

Room was clean, but the maintenance on the room was ok. The primary towel rack was half out of the wall. When we pulled a towel out it fell to the floor. Having been in hotel housekeeping i know there are times you wait for the guest to check out before making repairs. However when we mentioned it to the front desk we were told it would be handled. When we got back that evening we found the towel rack under the sink. Just be honest with your guests about what you will or will not do. On the other hand the breakfast was good and our stay was enjoyable.

Very good

This hotel was dated for being a pretty new property. The maintenance was lacking for a relative new property. The staff were marginally friendly. The breakfast was ok. The coffee lacked the proper punch that coffee needs. The beds were comfortable. The shower took a bit to get the right temperature.

We arrived at the hotel late at night after a long day of travel. When we arrived at the hotel, we were informed that the hotel had cancelled our reservation earlier in the day due to new flooring being installed and there were no available rooms. The staff member was unable to call a manager. He was helpful in providing phone numbers so that we could get our money refunded. Because it was a Friday night and very late, we were forced to find a different hotel that was more expensive. We have never seen such a lack of courtesy and professionalism at a hotel.

The whole experience was wonderful. Staff awesome. Room perfect and spacious.

Room was very hot air-conditioning was not working. It smelled the TV remotes didn’t work asked for a refund said he would give a discount haven’t seen any credits. I’ve been using best. Western is and I am a rewards member and if this is the way best western operates. I will not use them anymore.
