The room was never cleaned with the 4 days we were there. There was never anyone at the front desk to tell concerns to. The pictures of the handicapped double queen room are misleading as there are no transfer boards for the shower/tub combo. The beds were very low to the ground which made it very hard for a handicapped person to get off of safely. The toilet in the bathroom in the room was not handicapped height, luckily we brought a riser with us just in case.

These hotels are great. Having a kitchenette is super handy, especially with a little store in the lobby. We had an issue with hotels.com but it wasn’t the location’s fault.

Location is great. Away from the hustle and bustle of the city night life. Near many food options and even a smaller casino nearby. locations felt safe and accommodations were comfortable. Loved the kitchenette, makes traveling with children easier. Would have been nice if it had a small pool in the back, as there is ample space for it on property for the Vegas heat but not a deal braker. It had everything you need for a short stay.
