Welcoming staff. Most of your guests might be arriving from a different nation. Their flight landing time can't well with your checkin time. In some cases, allowing a early check-in will do good for your guest and it will be one good reson why they may want to come back to your hotel next time. If you don't allow early checkin without charging, then you may atleast allow them to drop luggages at hotel. Saying no to everything is easy, but they are your guests after all who has reached this location after a long travel. On one day, breakfast was not available at 8am and we were told that no one is available for preparing the food. If you have a reception, then please be available in the reception. Most of the time, in fact every time, guest had to wait in the reception calling excuse me...excuse me or dial zero and only see to none turning up. If your guests need your support, be available to hear it out. Another reason why the guest may want to stay in your hotel next time. Express check out. I know there is a basket kept to drop the access cards. But some guests might need physical bills to submit in their offices. Hear out first, before saying 'express checkout, drop your card and leave'. Anyways no guest want to speak to an unwelcoming staff. Wifi. Poor. It was not working for the last two days. The login site kept loading ever. Finally, guests are important for your business. Take care of them and they will return for sure.

The only thing I would criticize is that there were two people outside smoking marijuana, and the smell was quite unpleasant. My wife felt pretty unsafe when going outside because one of them was clearly under the influence and was behaving erratically. On the other hand, the breakfast was pretty bad. The coffee was awful, and there weren’t many options to choose from.

Room I stayed in had a very weird smell. Even the bed smelled like it. Not sure what the smell was but it definitely didnt smell clean as you walked in.

Tge check-in staff was friendly. This facility was in one word, dirty. The carpets are stained, the tiles in the bathroom were cracked and shifted when you walked on them. There was trash in the hallways and parking lot, and even a joint casually resting on the key card access pad outside. Breakfast was not available at the times advertised, with a staff member stating it didn't start until later on the weekends. We won't stay here again.

Overall it was a good stay. Place was clean. Room was clean and bed was comfortable. Only issue was a very slow drain with the bathroom sink. Also, a few times where breakfast wasn’t ready at time specified. Will stay there again if in the area.

No guest laundry no room cleaning the 3 days I was there continental breakfast was a joke I mean come on powdered eggs really? Cold sausage that was burned
