Red Roof Inn Washington DC - Laurel

The location is great, it is very convinient to high way and still queit enough to stay. The room smells really bad, I could hardly fell asleep. I thought about changing a room, when I walk outside, the smell came from other rooms also.

Good location The room was not very clean, the room smelled very bad, the toilet was leaking.

I sometimes stay here after coming back from a late gig. The staff are always helpful for handicapped people like me. Rooms are very clean, and everything works in the room and you can park in front of the room which is very helpful for me.

The exhaust in the bathroom was equally and terribly loud and noisy. If my partner was in the room, I would woke up with bathroom’s exhaust fan.

The outdoor was smelling so bad, dogs barking all night.

It gave motel vibes and the rooms and bathroom were very small.

Trash all around building and shower did not work so had to change room. Staff was very helpful

No breakfast, did not like the neighborhood. Too many cars coming and going from rooms. Appeared a lot shady business dealings maybe

The room was ok everything was in working order.It was good for a overnight stay.It was clean but the it is a older hotel.

No breakfast and I would not have eaten if it was available. I didn’t like the overall service .

That it was close to the highway, had hot water, and was pet friendly. The room welcomed us with a strong, unpleasant odor, the sheets and towels were stained. The bathroom ceiling had black stains which could suggest mold. Didn’t have a coffee maker in the room. I didn’t feel safe at night walking a dog since there were males smoking outside and later during the dayI found an aluminum foil with black burns which suggested that people were using drugs behind the building. The air conditioning was loud and interfered with our ability to sleep.

I stayed for one night as I was traveling across town and from the reviews I thought this would be a clean hotel. We arrived and the smell in the room was horrible, the bathroom was falling apart mold all over the floor boards, there was still hair left over from previous stayers. But the room was so musty, it was super uncomfortable to sleep.

The room is clean, staff is friendly, parking was easy, air conditioning works well. I jad a good rest

They swapped my rooms, still had roaches. Wouldnt refund me… told me it’s non refundable. Fraud is an understatement.

I really like the experience everybody was polite Well, I didn’t like about the hotel was it didn’t have continental breakfast and I thought I ordered a king room and wasn’t able to change it

Location Minimum maintenance

Nothing Very dirty, no one at front desk, trash in parking lot, broken down cars, cars on lifts, walked in room. Looked like floor needed a good scrub with a putty knife. Loaded my vehicle & took off. I would like a refund!

Entire property smells like a sewage plant. Inside & out but the smell hits you soon as you walk out the door. Burned incense my entire stay. Needs a good power washing/cleaning the walls & hallways. & stop leaving bags of trash in the walkways.

Just to enforce the smoking area for guests

This property is well maintained. When I visit Maryland this is where I stay.The staff was courteous and professional. The rooms are clean. I enjoyed my stay at the Redroof.
