It was alright for what was given I didn't like the false advertisement. I booked a room for two beds and a pullout couch. Once checked in got to room one bed in the room. I was charged for something that couldn't accommodate my family. I was told by hotel staff booking.com does this all the time giving out these rooms that are not there. I feel i need to talk to someone about this FALSE ADVERTISEMENT!!!!!

The room was clean and the design was nice. The beds were also comfortable and overall the room offered plenty of space. The breakfast could use an upgrade because there was cereal but no milk and having only one waffle machine made the wait too long for a waffle. Kudos to the cappuccino machine for making a great cappuccino.

Upon check in, we found a roach in one of the drawers and hair stuck in a towel. Breakfast was very basic with alot of pre packaged foods. The coffee was not good either. Had to drive DD for coffee. On the other hand, the shower pressure was good, the TV had all channels imaginable, and it was very quiet.

ok. have stayed here several times. Front desk nice ppl. i love the beds and pillows honestly. the building itself is def old and can use some updating. the carpet in halls, wall paint, door and trim paint - all show def wear. But once i enter the room, feels like most other hotels - no better no worse. Rooms are clean with great bed and pillows. did i mention that? LOL Breakfast is very typical free breakfast. I don't think the outdoor pool is in working order though?? i will continue to stay here when we come visit our son's fam. From IL

Thank you for asking. I arrived on a late Thursday night. My stay was until 17 of August. I arrived on the 13 I had to check out on that Sunday. I only stay 3 nights. I woke up early the next morning on the side of my bed was wet like crazy. I went to the desk to report this. The clerk took pictures & call the manager. He sent two men to check it out. The manager claim he had Air condition trouble. My AC was not leaking. I went out to visit family ^ came back to the room. The whole room was wet. I reported it again. The manager supposedly to be on vacation. I ask to be moved to another floor. He told the check to tell me I am not moving her because all of the floors are like this. That was a lie. I ask around & Iwas told the 3th floor was beautiful. If I didnt like it just leave. This is not Business like. I dont like the way I was treated. He said you can put you AC on & the floor will dry. I am AC person. Why should I be cold all night to keep up his mess. If I had known the hotel was having a problem, I would have not check in. I mean the floor was damp all night & wet. I had to find somewhere else to stay. It was awful. I travel a lot & this has never happen to me. Expedia please locate me. I have been dealing with you for years. I want my money back. Did they return the balance of my money back. The manager is not Business like at all. Thank you very much. It was a wet night mare!!

Clean and friendly staff. Nice sitting area for us to sit and visit with family. Will definitely be staying there again. Would have loved to have a pool.
