Have stayed here several times. Great location. Free parking. Comfy bed and adequate rooms. But the facility flooring and ceilings need attention.

It's been a good stay so far,

The hotel was clean. The pool was not open yet and it is June. We were not notified that it was closed when we booked.

So when I go on a trip I book hotels specifically for the amenities the ones I like are free breakfast and a pool. Breakfast was good eggs, bacon, sausage, fruit, milk, juice, coffee, breads, cereal, waffles and well maintained. However the pool is closed as where it does not say that on the website anywhere. Disappointed because I just wanted to relax on this hot weekend. They are in the midst of painting alot of things you can smell the paint on the 3rd floor. I would return and stay at this hotel again it is in a good area I felt safe and it has multiple places to eat fast food wise along with a food lion and Walmart close by.

There was a swimming pool but it wasn’t available for use.

Too many people running around while doing renovations.

The room was clean, staff helpful, shops and restaurants nearby.

However, the bathroom in our room smelled terrible. Since we checked in late at night, we only noticed the issue the next morning. During checkout, I informed the staff about it, but their response was disappointing. They mentioned they were already aware that a few rooms had this issue, yet showed no concern or apology. What was even more frustrating was knowing that the hotel was already aware of the problem, but still assigned those rooms to guests. A little honesty, concern, or effort to address the issue would have made a big difference. The lack of professionalism and concern from the staff was the most disappointing part of the stay.

No issues and peaceful stay. Was here for work related stuff in the area

Did not have the breakfast! Communication, because I booked online and when I got there they said I was unable to stay due to being a local but all my employees who was from out of town was able to stay.

Everything is clean however bedding and pillows past their prime. They are aging from white to yellow.

Property manager was rude and dismissive when my party and I expressed concerns. He went as far as to state that he does not run a “shiesty business” when he was not accused of such. Will not stay here again.
