They need to clean the bathrooms a lot better than they do.

Everything was good

Air conditioner was great! Had all we needed for an overnight trip. Good location and staff.

There was a strong sewage gas smell in our room and the bathroom ceiling began leaking early in the morning. That room should not have been occupied.

Come back home to visit and stayed here. It was a nice place to stay.

My room smelled bad and the bathroom was even worse. It smelled like old urine that hasn't been cleaned. When I informed the staff they said it's normal.

Comfortable bed, great breakfast, conveniently located. The directions were a bit confusing, but once found....no problem.

I love Hampton but this one was not so great. This room was pricey for a 3 night stay and I was disappointed with the state of the hotel.

The pool was not closed. This should have been represented prior to my making the booking.

The hotel was extremely dirty. From the time I got off the elevator to opening the door to my room. The bed felt like springs poking in my back. Shower and toilet had black rings. Wall had white stuff all over it. Air didn’t work well. Was extremely loud trying to run all night. Checked out early due to no sleeping bc doors were slamming all night and the air trying to over work.

Location Dirty food bags left in first room checked in to. Dirty bath towel left hanging in bathroom in second room given. The towel was white with black handprints and soiled.

Only stayed here as we were visiting family in the area. $200 for the night was not worth it. Room smelt musky. Furniture was ripped and taped together. Apparently the hotel has only one luggage cart. I went to lobby to get luggage cart as we were getting ready to check out. I returned to my room and was followed by an employee. She knocked on my door and I said “yes”. She asked if I was checking out. Mind you it was 9:15 am. I responded “in a few minutes”. She then asked if there was anything I needed? I said no. We left the room approximately 5 minutes later. I said something to the apparent manager that I was followed to my room because I took the luggage cart. Ridiculous that an employee would do something like that. I’ll never stay at this hotel again.

I recently stayed at the Hampton Inn Laurinburg, and unfortunately, my experience was disappointing overall. While the lobby appeared clean and well-maintained upon arrival, the rest of the property did not reflect the same standard. The elevator had a noticeable musty odor, which immediately raised concerns. Once in the room, it became clear that cleanliness was an issue—there were visible stains on the carpet, the stairs in the room had not been properly cleaned, and the shower curtain was dirty. Additionally, I noticed spider webs on the lamps and even old eyelashes on the floor, which was especially unsettling. These details made the space feel neglected and uncomfortable. Based on this experience, I would not choose to stay at this location again. I hope management takes steps to improve cleanliness and overall maintenance for future guests.

Very nice people. Clean rooms, quiet, didnt use the pool, but sat on the deck. Breakfast was bountiful, coffee wasnt bad.

It was my first time staying here, the room was nice but after I came back from attending my function, and was preparing for bed, I went to the bathroom to bathe… while using the sink the pipe under the sink fell off and water was everywhere and I had to change rooms. The second room was not as nice as the first one but I was fine because I was leaving the following morning The property was fine

Breakfast was good. It’s time for a renovation. Kinda shabby for the price.
