Good

Did not get the room I believe I ordered. If it was an error the office said it should have been a king size. It was only a double. Musty smell when ac turned on. An alarm in hallway started beeping 4 successive beeps starting at 4am till we got up

Was great!!! Love that they let animals stay here too, it was so nice and made it feel more like home. The breakfast lady was wonderful, everything was super clean.

They need to clean the bathrooms a lot better than they do.

Air conditioner was great! Had all we needed for an overnight trip. Good location and staff.

There was a strong sewage gas smell in our room and the bathroom ceiling began leaking early in the morning. That room should not have been occupied.

Come back home to visit and stayed here. It was a nice place to stay.

My room smelled bad and the bathroom was even worse. It smelled like old urine that hasn't been cleaned. When I informed the staff they said it's normal.

Very happy with the accommodations

The staff was nice. Especially the lady who does breakfast. She is so sweet. Facilities were dingy/dirty. White doors had what looked like black grease on them or just worn down and looked gross. Toilet/sink water ran off and on all night in my room which kept me up, and the bed weren’t very comfortable. Definitely not an Ordinary Hampton stay feeling. I love Hampton but this one was not so great. This room was pricey for a 3 night stay and I was disappointed with the state of the hotel.

Comfortable bed, great breakfast, conveniently located. The directions were a bit confusing, but once found....no problem.

The hotel was extremely dirty. From the time I got off the elevator to opening the door to my room. The bed felt like springs poking in my back. Shower and toilet had black rings. Wall had white stuff all over it. Air didn’t work well. Was extremely loud trying to run all night. Checked out early due to no sleeping bc doors were slamming all night and the air trying to over work.

Location Dirty food bags left in first room checked in to. Dirty bath towel left hanging in bathroom in second room given. The towel was white with black handprints and soiled.

Only stayed here as we were visiting family in the area. $200 for the night was not worth it. Room smelt musky. Furniture was ripped and taped together. Apparently the hotel has only one luggage cart. I went to lobby to get luggage cart as we were getting ready to check out. I returned to my room and was followed by an employee. She knocked on my door and I said “yes”. She asked if I was checking out. Mind you it was 9:15 am. I responded “in a few minutes”. She then asked if there was anything I needed? I said no. We left the room approximately 5 minutes later. I said something to the apparent manager that I was followed to my room because I took the luggage cart. Ridiculous that an employee would do something like that. I’ll never stay at this hotel again.
