The staff were very friendly and helpful. The lobby, lobby bar, and outside seating area were very nice, clean and big. We hung out there a lot. The breakfast was good and convenient.

For as new as the hotel is, the room was in horrible shape. Dirty, beat up, damaged.

The free breakfast was delicious with bacon, sausage, and waffles. The hotel was clean and well maintained. The shower was the only bad thing. The shower head was fixed on the ceiling and was clogged up, and there was no shower door, just a glass partition that let clod air in. Overall, it was very nice.

The only draw back was the ceiling mounted shower heads, they were not great to use.

Clean, personable staff, welcoming

Fabulous hotel in a GREAT location. Our room was wonderful, the lobby is a great place to gather, and the bar was a nice treat after a long day of driving. The STAFF was so welcoming and accommodating especially when we arrived so late. The little lobby store had some great food selections to heat in our microwave since we were starving having been delayed by construction and driving rain. After a quick meal, my daughter wanted to take a bath. The generous tub was perfect. But, we couldn't get the drain open when she was done. Twisting, turning, yanking didn't work. The woman from the front desk came and she couldn't get it open either. Problem; full tub meant I couldn't take a shower. We had to leave EARLY the next morning and just as I was rolling our last bag out to the car at 7 am maintenance arrived to help. Yay, but too late for us. I'm sure they figured it out for the next guest!

Great experience. There was a soccer team or something there while we were, and you could hear people in the hallway. However, the design of the room muffled the sound a little bit. The pool was clean and must be heated. The gym looked good, but we did not use it. The lobby and breakfast areas were clean. Breakfast was good.

Staff was very friendly and helpful during check in. I think her name was Laurie or Lauren. The room was clean, the bed was a little firm but the pillows made up for that. Waffles were good.

great location and friendly staff.... dogs barking down the hall a real drag for sleep deprivation. left unrested and tired.... animal owners need to be responsible for keeping pets quiet rather than howling through the night.

The staff was excellent from check in to the bartender checking on our group sitting outside.
