Location, ease, quality of breakfast. Comfy beds. Easy to get Ubers to downtown. First room has a very loud fan, but they changed it for us.

Nice modern hotel with a nice room and good decor. Prefer real eggs and sausage for breakfast. The bed and pillows were good and the air conditioning worked great.

We enjoyed our time here. The lobby space is useful if you have a large group or bring food back to your hotel. The staff are friendly and helpful. We will stay here again the next time we visit Lawrence.

The breakfast was the best. We weren’t there long enough to use the pool table. Comfortable for the one night we were there.
