When we arrived at the room the outside temperature was roughly 95° Fahrenheit there was no air conditioning turned on in the room I turned it on immediately at approximately 3:00 p.m. the room did not cool off until after midnight

The room was clean, the bed was comfortable, the breakfast was better than I expected. It had a full size refrigerator, a microwave and a good quality TV. It was across the street from a large grocery store. The parking lot has seen better days It is an older motel with the doors that open to the outside. The office didn't always have someone available. There was a number to call but no one answered.

This is an older motel that is kept clean and in running order. The staff was pleasant, the breakfast was included and as good as I would have had at home, better because it included items that I don't allow at home! The room was large, the furniture dated but clean and we found the bed to be comfortable. the carpet, not used to carpeting and I don't prefer carpeting

Older property needed renovation beds were good shower from the 80s. Good location it was a port in a storm (think World Cup!

A-1, no problems, stayed several times

Not much for a breakfast selection. And the toilet didnt flush. We had to lift the tank lid and lifted the flapper.

Room was clean but the property is rather run down. The only thing separating our balcony from our neighbors was a 4’ sheet of plywood that could easily have been crawled over. But - the river sounded great!

Heavy scent from cleaning/deodorizers. Breakfast is probably better off at WheatFields.

Unfortunately, I had to cancel my stay, but I will probably be staying there again soon to try to retake my trip. I had to cancel due to a family emergency. The staff was very helpful in accomplishing that task.

Nothing really. Just watch your speed driving in the town of Lawrence because there were speed traps everywhere close to the hotel.

Breakfast is definitely an area for improvement but everything else was good!

There were dead bugs (spiders, beetles) on the floor of the bathroom. I'm guessing because of the style of the hotel being on the ground floor with door access.
