Not much for a breakfast selection. And the toilet didnt flush. We had to lift the tank lid and lifted the flapper.

Room was clean but the property is rather run down. The only thing separating our balcony from our neighbors was a 4’ sheet of plywood that could easily have been crawled over. But - the river sounded great!

Affordable and good location. Bed was comfy, tv worked, room and bathroom were clean and bright. Heavy scent from cleaning/deodorizers. Breakfast is probably better off at WheatFields.

Unfortunately, I had to cancel my stay, but I will probably be staying there again soon to try to retake my trip. I had to cancel due to a family emergency. The staff was very helpful in accomplishing that task.

The price and location were excellent. It's close to the freeway and was cheaper than the other hotels in the area. It was nice and quiet at night. Nothing really. Just watch your speed driving in the town of Lawrence because there were speed traps everywhere close to the hotel.

The price was good. The room was comfortable and a nice size. There were dead bugs (spiders, beetles) on the floor of the bathroom. I'm guessing because of the style of the hotel being on the ground floor with door access.

Room was fine for $80/night motel. It is a drive up (exterior doors/no interior hallways.). It gets the job done. Room was clean, good water pressure.

Breakfast was bare bones simple but I did it both days. It was strangely quiet and felt safe despite shady neighbor. I didn't like that I had to specifically request a room with a Jacuzzi. The photos are misleading in this that they have on the Internet but I will go back and make the request next time.

Did the job as a pass-by but would not stay longer than 2-3ish nights. Dead bug not cleaned up on floor and AC did not work that well.
