It’s a surprise this place is allowed to still be in business. From the lobby to the room, the further you went in the scarier the conditions were. While checking in and waiting in the lobby, I noticed severe water damage to the ceiling. I also found out they charged my card for incidentals before I even arrived and tried to charge me again upon check-in. Then was told I shouldn’t have checked in ahead. We got to the room and it was dirty, there was a part of the flooring that was caved in, the fire sprinkler was rusted and wasn’t even fully seated on the wall, and there was a patch of mold on the ceiling in the shower. We decided it was fine since we were only going to be there five hours max, but then when we woke up the morning to leave we went in the bathroom and discovered there was a hole in the ceiling next to the mold and water from the upstairs unit was dripping down into the tub. We decided at that point that obviously the conditions were not safe and we wouldn’t be able to take showers. When we went to checkout, I informed the front desk of this, showed them videos of the leak and mold, and asked for a refund. I was immediately asked if we told someone last night. I stated how we didn’t know it was an issue until this morning right before coming down. She made it seem like it was our fault for their piss poor conditions and said she’d write a note to the manager. Horrible experience.

The room was ok for the two nights we stayed there. No coffee in room.

I was very satisfied with this hotel. The parking lot needed to be resurfaced, but that didn’t bother me at all other than that the individuals I spoke with were helpful. They even opened the breakfast a little early so that we could make our departure earlier

Sorry to say the lobby was very disappointing. It was not well maintained and had paper hanging from the ceiling from a poor repair job. The rooms were okay and the beds were very comfortable. Staff was friendly and helpful.

The room smelled musty and damp. The red heart shaped jacuzzi in the room was bizarre. Glad it was only one night stay. Breakfast was ok.

Rude! Very rude!! Inconsiderate.

Good Room was old with patched ceiling.

Rooms were kept clean daily, staff very helpful with everything needed.

We did not approve of black mold in our 1st room bathroom. We asked for another but it was very clammy. Overall ok.

Great staff, clean, good breakfast. Just some wear and tear in the room. Would stay again

I didn’t interact much with other people, but the breakfast was great—had waffles, sausage, yogurt, bananas, cereal, juice, milk, etc. they did have eggs, but as is typical with precooked eggs in a warmer, they were not great. The waffle and the sausage were amazing.

The staff were helpful and attentive.
