The upkeep of the hotel is severely lacking.

Staff was great! Checked in right away. Fitness room is a small. Bar food was alright.

Nothing like what is shown in the pictures. EXTREMELY run down! Smells like mold and mildew throughout the place. I had to request an extension cord in order to plug my computer in because there are no accessible outlets at the desk only on the light next to bed. Parking lot has many potholes so be careful when entering at night. Room was ok, just very old and worn looking. It looks like it was remodeled in the 1980s and hadn't had any TLC since. Don't waste your money on breakfast, unless you are there when it first comes out everything will be cold and rubbery, very overpriced.

The hotel was large. We received a quiet room that was very clean and had everything we needed. We were pleased with the hotel itself but the restaurant food was not very good. The burger that was ordered was so overcooked to wasn't chewable. Hotel was fine, maybe eat elsewhere.

There was a pool to tire my kids out after a day in the car, but that was all. But the hotel smelled so musty and moldy we needed to switch rooms. They switched us and the room was slightly less awful than the one we originally had. Then we ended up leaving a couple of my child’s books and they only have a certain time limit to pick things up, so if you have forgetful children, keep that in mind too.

Nothing Smelled like mold when u first walk in bugs in bathtub sheets were stained yellow just way to many things for the 170 that was paid an the breakfast that’s so worked up was not any better than a days in donut breakfast

Pool was nice. Breakfast was good. Staff were nice. Rooms were so humid they felt wet. Had to change rooms 3 times. Second room was dirty and third room also felt wet but it was late and we just took it.

Wish the rooms had microwaves at least. Our bedding felt slightly damp as if taken out of the dryer too early.

Outdated. Room felt like it had humidity that made the towels and bedding feel damp. Had a connecting room that neighbors smoked weed the whole time.

Location, friendly staff, cleanliness of room and property Bed was very uncomfortable, located right in front of pool so noise was a factor and moisture/humidity from pool caused room to be humid and sheets to feel moist/damp.

I have stayed at this Double Tree several times and have had a pretty good experience. This last one was NOT good... we were put in a handicapped room, which is fine but it is in need of serious maintenance over all. The toilet barely flushed, the water pressure was terrible and the tub was very slippery. The name that flashed on the TV welcoming, was not even my name. Very odd!
