We had a very nice stay with our dog. Everything was clean and the beds were comfortable. The breakfast area was clean and well stocked. The staff was outstanding, especially Stanley!

We stayed one night while exploring Lawrence’s Manhattan Street. The hotel was just a 5 minute drive to the area. It was very quiet and the grounds were well maintained. We would definitely stay there again.

If you call corporate they are of zero help. If you call the front desk at the location, they answer the phone only 25% of the time.

Hunter (the staff working when we arrived) was fantastic! We has an issue where the door key went completely inside the door pad thing and he got us into another room in a timely manner and Stanley (staff the next morning) was very friendly! He made sure he made contact with all guest downstairs and asking about our stays and took notes of any concerns people had. I loved the fact that he asked about how could our stay have been better. I did not like that the pool was not clean. While swimming my brother-in-law ended getting caught in a blonde hairball and then we noticed that there were a few more that had sunk to the bottom of the pool which prompted all of us to get out. It was already weird with the pool being warm but that was a bit much to see; very disturbing honestly.

Clean facilities but shampoo and conditioner were low/not working. No tissue box. Reconstituted eggs need to be replaced with regular scrambled eggs.

Each time someone answered at the front desk and very rudely told me to call back in 10 mins because he was busy. Then he hung up. This happened three times.

The only thing I would change would be the mattress... not very comfortable.. but loved the room.
