The shower was out of body soap, but everything else was great! The front desk person didn’t say anything when I told her that our room was out of soap.

Room was clean, bathroom exhaust fan didn't work, breakfast was cold at 730 in morning, had to ask staff to replenish some items they didn't keep eye on items that were low. Coffee was awesome, pool was great, water was hot. Over all stay was pretty good.

I was very impressed by the hospitality through a difficult day of computers down nationwide. I can't remember the ladies name at front desk, but her ability to manage the crisis was priceless. The rooms was so comfortable with all the amenities, I felt good to be trusted without making a deposit, This was top tier customer care, I loved every minute of my stay.

As a frequent guest to visit family the staff is very helpful and kind. Clean property! Easy walking around downtown.

If you don't mind a 30-minute drive to shopping centers and retail stores, we highly recommend this hotel. Located in the peaceful town of Leavenworth, it offers a quiet and relaxing atmosphere that makes for a wonderful stay.

It may not look like much on the outside, but once you walk into your room you feel almost at home. We had everything we needed for our stay from a fridge, microwave, cups, etc. the staff was very helpful and the breakfasts were great.

Clean room, really nice and helpful receptionist, great breakfast, and nice yard/patio area.

The pool was closed. I was told by staff it had been closed for a long time. This should be announced online or when you make your booking. I saw lots of disappointed kids
