Location, nice rooms

All staff was excellent but i think night shift staff can change attitudes because this trip around. Night shift staff was very rude and very unattractive and was very rude to my 4 years told because he was being a kid and being loud. Beside that day shift is very nice and go above and beyond to make you feel nice and important.

Simple, clean, with easy access to Fort Leavenworth

Everything is very nice. It would be easier on the neck for the TV to be on wall opposite beds.

Booked a double queen, they don’t have one upon arrival and placed me in a single double bed suite with a worn out pullout sofa bed, without sheets or a blanket. First room had bugs and a busted shower that was also rusty. Got moved to another room. It’s definitely not the cleanest place I’ve slept but also not the filthiest. Most other places were sold out. We made the best of it and shared the king bed. Not ideal but also don’t have any bugs in the king suite.

Loved the feel of the place. It was very nice, the people were nice and the Tesla charging station is a great touch on the property.

The room was perfect. Very clean, bed was very comfortable, bathroom clean with plenty of towels, kitchen had everything you could ask for. I loved all the extras this hotel offers. The only issue we had was the pool. It was freezing and very dirty. We stepped in and by the time we were in the middle of the pool we were shivering and had to get out.

Family friendly establishment and staff was kind and and very friendly. Would highly recommend to family and friends.

Breakfast was great! Kelly ( a man) made our breakfast exceptional with constant questions about food quality and if he could get us anything we needed. He asked about our sleep with recent storms the night before! Excellent customer service. Ok! At check in, the manager on duty had absolutely no personality! I asked him questions about wifi, it was like pulling teeth. He never explained what time breakfast was starting or any conversation. I thought it was just me but i witness this same trait with another customer. No thank you, or can i help you. In fact he was sitting down at the table near the front desk playing on his phone when i arrived, i thought he was a guest staying at the hotel. However, this hotel saving Grace was KEKE! When we checked out the next morning KEKE was EXCEPTIONAL LIKE KELLY WAS AT BREAKFAST! Actually, KEKE and KELLY could train Calvin or the night manager on duty how to treat Customers.

It was nice and close to weston MO. That is a great place to visit.

Enjoyable stay and very clean!

Clean room and friendly staff. only complaint was that it was a pet friendly hotel and i didn’t realize that prior to staying so it flared up my allergies.

Breakfast was marginal Did not like that I have to pay a pet fee which wAS NOT LISTED IN THE PRICE QUOTE, YET IN SPITE OF THE $100.00 PLUS TAX CHARGE, THE ROOM WAs not properly cleaned from the prior occupant. i.e. what are they doing with the pet fee if not cleaning the carpet? the urine smell was evident, and a couple large stains shone by black light.

Overall great stay. Only issues was wish we could have secured a double bed as it is hard to maneuver over the foldout sofa (when open) to get into bed.

Didn’t get the breakfast any of the days I was there. Lots of noise in room above sounded like furniture was being moved. Kind staff and very helpful !! Clean building.

It was nice the staff was friendly and helpful I left my wallet in the room the staff let me back in to get it honest too thank you
