Everything was excellent, breakfast was great.

I dont l know why I like this place, but I do. It is a little run down, but the staff are so helpful and friendly, I stay here every time I come. It is within walking distance to downtown, is reasonably clean, and reasonably priced.

This is a clean place. However not very updated. Seemed like a lot of money for what you got. Well stay in Wenatchee next time and skip staying in Leavenworth. Just too much money for what you receive.

Good stay

Our room was very clean. The staff was friendly and courteous, and the hotel has a good variety of food for the breakfast. I would definitely stay there again!

Amazing staff and great lobby. Pool was nice and the breakfast was plentiful. Rooms are basic but nice enough and clean.

Lovely room with a great location. Excellent staff

1. The hot tub was not functioning. It was cold and filled with brownish water. That was disappointing because we planned on pool time with the kids. 2. We were in room 223, which is in an enclosed hallway by the elevator and directly below the breakfast room. Because we were in the enclosed hall area we would hear the doors to outside (and maybe the breakfast door upstairs) slamming loudly. This was especially loud and inconvenient starting at 6:45 in the morning when we planned on sleeping until 8:30-9:00. There was also a lot of foot traffic audible above us in the morning time. It was a Monday night and the hotel wasn’t full. I don’t know why they would put any guests in this room area unless it’s the last available room.

Great service and location

Excellent hot breakfast included in the price. Clean rooms, up to date carpets and crisp fresh linens. The building needs some work - showing signs of wear, but if they do that, the price would go up.

The beds were comfortable and the staff was great. They were able to print our show tickets which was a great help. I'd asked for an upper floor facing the back, not the parking lot. I was placed on the second floor with a floor above me. It was quite loud in the morning. Facing the back wasn't pleasing, to no fault of the hotel. There is a neighborhood with unkempt lots behind the hotel, so no pretty view. Our room had an outside entrance and was right next to the doors, this was also very loud with people going in and out. I think the best locations would be the ends of the hotel with a front facing window on the top floor. The breakfast was great. One site said they had bagged to go breakfast which isn't accurate. They had hot choices and juice, coffee, and tea. There was a nice patio with a great view, but being on the main road through town the traffic was crazy loud, even earlier in the morning.

Had a great stay here. The breakfast was great, pool/hot tub was great, free parking, and a clean room. For the price, amenities, and walking distance to Leavenworth, it was a great place to stay.

Check-in was easy, got a convenient room location and often got to park right in front of the room. The toilet seat was wiggly loose, hot/cold shower was kinda frustrating...forgot about breakfast! Doh! Liked the pretty flowers alongside the balcony railing.

Great for a one night stay, but the aging of the building definitely shows. For example, my AC unit was dropping water onto the carpet in my room. However, the breakfast was fantastic, and the room was quaint without any major complaints.
