Pool was great Breakfast was very good All staff were great 1 negative was even tho the room was ready we could not check-in 1 hour early they wanted $20 for early check-in Parking right out side the hotel

We stayed one night. Bed was comfortable but hard to sleep due to traffic noise abd could hear the creaking floors from above. Tried contacting front desk and there was not someone there 24 hours a day. There was a sign on the door to walk to walk next to next hotel for help. The room was clean but room in need of repairs. Bathroom door in bad shape. We had trouble with our electronic keys and dad to forcefully push our hotel room door open. Breakfast food options was very limited. Would not stay again

Superb

Breakfast was great for having little kids. It kept them satisfied until we went into town. The hotel is one that we pick every time because it’s convenient for our family. The pool is wonderful, A.C. In the room is great. I love the option of booking and paying when I arrive, but the young man behind the counter didn’t communicate well, I had to ask over and over for him to repeat himself. When it came time to pay he hurriedly confirmed my info and just used my card. When I said no I didn’t want to use the card and pay cash, he rolled his eyes and was dismissive. All I could think was this might be the last time we stay at this hotel. Noticed that the freezer in the mini fridge was dirty when we arrived.

Dated but nice enough. The beds were relatively comfortable and the bathroom was clean. Good value for the price

It was clean specially the washroom .the food was good.the only dirty was the elevator.

You can walk to everything. There are no ground floors so if you have a dog you have to run up and down stairs to take them out. The internet connection is terrible. Constant buffering. Adequate facilities but lacking in a few things.

Location, personnel was very accommodating. TV was a bit old and couldn’t accommodate streaming services

Exceptional

Check in was easy and quick especially doing the pre-check in online. Our room was clean and smelled fresh. There was plenty of parking and the closeness to town was definitely a plus. We didn't spend too much time in the hotel, but it was a good place to rest at the end of the day.

However, the staff was not very helpful. I decided to check out a day early, but the desk clerk didn’t know how to refund my money since it was prepaid through Hotels.com. She sent it to her manager and I still have not received a refund.

Nice short walk to Front Street. Pool was well maintained and not to crowded. Room was spacious and clean.
