This unique dog-friendly hotel is less than a mile from downtown Leavenworth. All rooms have a flat-screen TV, coffee maker, mini fridge, and free Wi-Fi. Many rooms also feature fireplaces, balconies, and mountain views. The inn has 27 hotel rooms plus four very spacious family suites. Each suite includes a kitchenette, dining room, and living room. A hot buffet breakfast is served daily and is included in all stays. Breakfast includes coffee, tea, juice, cereal, toast, and fruit, as well as multiple hot dishes such as eggs, sausage, and French toast. Guests can enjoy the seasonal pool in a beautiful garden setting or the outdoor hot tub and saunas year-round. Bikes are also available for guest use during the summer months at no charge. Downtown Leavenworth can be accessed via a 10-15 minute walk via Waterfront Park.

What a gem of a place to stay. The breakfast was excellent and the rooms and nice and comfortable. The inn outdoor area was lovely and a great place to just hang out. I would recommend staying here.

The room did not disappoint! Beautiful and cozy. Clean and welcoming. I love the old rotary dial phone as an added touch. We had two rooms, one with a Mountain View and one with a scenic view of the pool and neighborhood. Both were great views! One had only a shower and the other had a shower tub. The in room coffee was a fullsized Keurig serving and they gladly gave you more Kcups as needed. Breakfast was delicious too! Real eggs, sausage (we had it both days of our stay so not sure if bacon is an option), fresh fruit as well as canned fruit, pancake or French toast (one on each day), yogurt, bread/English muffins along with tea, coffee, juice and milk were available. It’s a self serving buffet. No one single con can be thought of by the 4 of us who stayed 2 nights. The walk into town can be a bit long for some and moderate for others. We found it to be easy. It’s goin to be on our list for repeat visits!!

Beautiful Hotel! Big rooms. Wonderful breakfast. The backyard area and gardens were so charming. Location just outside the busy downtown. Close to the park, walking trails and golf course.

The motif is fun and clever. Not the usual blah art, furniture and carpet. We had a full sized elk outside our window and I loved that! We will definitely stay there again. Also their dog policies were better than most hotels!!!

The Blue Elk Inn was charming. Conveniently located outside the noise of the town center but within easy access.

I originally was only staying two days in Leavenworth, but ended up arriving a day early. I was able to book one night at the last minute. Everything was great - property was beautiful, staff was friendly, and breakfast was good. I wish I could have stayed longer to take advantage of the amenities like the bikes and the pool.

This was an amazing property and we totally enjoyed our stay. My husband loved the sauna. An older property but well taken care of and is lovely and quaint. Would def stay there again!

Staff is excellent and very helpful and friendly. I had forgotten something in my room and they immediately mailed it out to me the next day! I hope to return there one day.
