Quality Inn Lebanon - Hanover

Near the highway and there seems to be drag races near by. Fats and Furious kind crowd. We could hear the cars until 2am. And fireworks.

Everything was up to par. Breakfast had a variety of foods meeting many tastes. Rooms welcoming and clean but could use a bit larger waste baskets. Bathroom provided soap, shampoo, hairdryer, all welcoming to the customer. There are some sound proofing issues but not awful. Overall an affordable experience.

Excellent location for medical appointments. Efficient and friendly check in agent. Room clean and bed comfortable. Breakfast options varied and area kept well stocked ed and clean. Nothing to note. .

The room was affordable and clean. The bed was comfortable. It was also near the event we were attending (at Dartmouth). The staff was friendly. The property was a little run down. The lobby, stairs and hallways could have used a vacuuming. The room had a bed, desk and a stand with a microwave and mini fridge. No other furniture. Looked like a dresser was missing from the wall opposite the bed. Also, I probably would not have booked if I had known there was no elevator. Had to lug luggage up steps to the second floor. Basically, this was a barely acceptable experience.

Close to where I needed it to be There was no elevator to get to the second floor which was inconvenient with suitcases. Had to call down for towel and walk down to the front desk to pick them up. Felt like they could have at least brought them to our room. The comforter was stained yellow in spots and brown in others. Glad I brought my own blankets.

The staff and management were beyond helpful and professional. They responded promptly to all our requests and inquiries. We will definitely stay here again when we visit family and art galleries in the area.

I booked this room for my sons because we had our basement sealed and had to be out of the house for 24 hours. My wife and I were out of town and I booked this room for my two sons, 19 and 20 years old. They were not allowed to check in even though I called and talked to the desk manager.

The room was okay, staff were wonderful and so welcoming. Bed was very uncomfortable. Water pressure in the shower was very poor and did not maintain the water temp. Air conditioner worked great, but very dusty. Our bathroom did not appear to be thoroughly cleaned. The price per night was high compared to the quality/luxury of the room. Would stay there again in a pinch, but looking back, would consider the Hilton across the street as the price was comparable.

The staff here are all so genuinely kind and very welcoming! They all made it a point to engage their guests in conversation, something I find very impressive in this day and age. The hotel is in a great location, very convenient. Rooms were large and neat. I was just so impressed with how nice everyone was.

Nice, clean, relatively quiet, conveniently located hotel with excellent staff and great breakfast. Lower floor rooms windows are unfortunately just inches away from some parking spaces (our headlights were pointing directly into someone’s room when we parked), and beds struck us as a bit on the hard side (pressure points were a bit achy on waking). Wish the hotel offered a better deal ($170/night mid-week in early June seemed a bit expensive, but the area has too few options to choose much else). Otherwise, no complaints.

The motel is basic, but the lobby, halls and room were all very clean. The room was big and appeared freshly renovated. The AC worked well and was fairly quiet. The TV also worked well. It was a Tuesday stay and it didn’t seem crowded but even so it was very quiet compared to similar stays in other places. Highly recommend for a basic business overnight.

Looks like the interior has been redone and was clean. staff was very friendly and helpful. Exterior of building looks pretty rough almost canceled room because of first impression

Bed was very comfy. The only bad thing was while we were sitting there, one of the server/customer service people wore the same gloves meant for sanitation for at least an hour. The same gloves were worn for several tasks, not all food related. The mirror was not clean. No grab bars in the shower. Also need at least 2 chairs in the room for comfy place to sit. The 2 of us both had back problems and needed to keep switching with each other between the bed and chair

I had a two night stay, and my room wasn’t touched after the first night.
