AIRE Hotel Hershey Lebanon

Our room was not clean dirty sheets bathroom was not clean and the staff was not helpful at all.

In the hallway to the rooms there was a dead mouse. The photo they present of the rooms is nothing you find. Rooms with dirty carpet, broken floor, broken walls. I don't recommend this hotel.

The rooms do not look like how they are advertised. Its very dirty within the building and very gross within the rooms. There was broken furniture, no lights were plugged in and bugs coming out of the sink. Do not stay here.

Went to get this place omg!!! Run down wasnt the word people leave in this place the conditions was bad to call it a hotel it look so bad you thing it was a drug house so bad its not worth!! The money!!! I'm very disappointed hotel.com sould not do busy with this people not worth the money or stars i will always look and not rush this was the worse experience of my life the staff are amazing thw conditions wasnt!!! elevator had something like a rag in top vent area that was Filthy it was so disgusting just had to warn you this isnt worth the money at all sorey to say

I've been to this location in the past. Every year it keeps going down in room condition. Upon arrival the receptionist was friendly and helpful. In the hotel listing it stated that breakfast was included, like in the past. No breakfast due to covid, ok understandable. Upon arrival to the front door of my room it was hard to open. I had to forcibly open the door because it was sticking. Upon getting comfortable and using the restroom I had a hard time closing the bathroom door. I really had to forcibly close the door. The toilet seat was loose. The chair provided for the desk had tears on it. When I sat down and slightly reclined I nearly toppled over. This chair shouldn't be in a guest room it should be in a dumpster. The top latch on the door was damaged. This is the end of an era. I will no longer be patronizing this establishment. It wasn't an expensive room but it wasn't cheap either. My future stay in Lebanon will be elsewhere.

Property was not very clean, sink didn’t drain for 10 minutes after use and had dried up toothpaste in it, shower was old and yellow, said breakfast was provided, but was not. Very outdated.

The hotel is not well reflected on the hotel.com website. The place is a dump.

Absolutely the worst place I have ever stayed. First the place smelled like smoke heavily. Then I was taking a shower and 2 roaches crawled from a hole in the wall. Not to mention black mold all around the ceiling. Then the room itself looks like it hasn’t been vacuumed since it opened. I cannot stress enough to NOT book this place.

Location was perfect for our travel plans and the Staff were friendly and helpful. The condition of the hotel was not very good. It looked outside like there were a couple of buildings that were torn down and the foundations were still there. The room was musty and there were several item that were in disrepair. Needs some TLC..

Absolutely nothing. The images shown on the website are of a nicer hotel next door. I was given a room in the dirty, most likely bug-infested motel next door. The location seemed dangerous at best, and I (along with others who had just checked in) requested a refund.

Not much...maybe clean sheets and towels, AC working well. Very scary place, looks like an abandoned building. Scary and dark smelling hallways... The room says non-smoking but strong cigarette smoke...cockroaches on the desk table... Please renovate or close it.

Only thing I liked was the lady that checked me in when I first checked in The hotel was horrible I mean dirty the rooms looked horrible like it hadn't been dusted or vacuum in a very long time also I got a knock on my door it was owners accusing me of smoking in my room mind you it was the people in the next room smoking "NO"house keeping not once the owner at front desk was so rude hung up on me I left a day early because I couldn't take The dirty& the untrue accusations.money loss& I'm a gold member

Nothing $200 for a mold covered bathroom, ancient stained carpets littered with cigarette butts, parts of wall obviously used as a urinal for a male dog, smelled like piss and ashtray, broken security lock, bucket flush toilet and buy own sheets at Wal Mart!!!!!!

My favorite part was the front desk employee saying "have a nice day" while giving me a thumbs up after I handed him a bag of all the cockroaches I killed in our room! sketchy area, signs saying that we must wear a mask to enter but no other guests or employees were, stairways and hallways were dark and smelled bad, room surfaces covered in food/drink/etc., mold in shower, rug was soaking wet, cockroaches EVERYWHERE!!!

It's within a half hour of Hershey PA This hotel was nasty. Our door didn't latch, there was a sticky spill on the desk, broken shower curtain, mold at the bottom of the shower curtain, heater with burn marks on it. I showed pictures of everything to the front desk and there's no refunds

Only good was it was close to where we were. Where do I start? It was the filthiest hotel I¿ve seen in quite sometime. Water dripping from the awning, a nice cockroach on the sidewalk to greet us with trash by the door. Horrible. Pics upon requests.

Friendly staff at hotel desk who refunded my money without question. Convenient 24 hr diner about 5 minutes down the road for coffee and food to fuel up on your drive home after seeing the horrible room conditions and deciding to drive home. Poorly lit area when going to the Aire section of the hotel. Reeked of pot and cigarette smoke. Blood in bathtub and towel. Stained pillows. Bugs. Seems to be efficiency apts mixed with hotel guests. Would NOT return and do NOT recommend.
