I got there at 7, and they said the pool was closed, okay. On the page, it says breakfast is 930a to 1130a. I got down there at 945 and the lady at the front desk said breakfast ended at 930. Well, great that y'all lied and advertised wrong on the booking page. The room smelt disgustingly like body odor, and the bathtub was peeling paint. My card was also deactivated that morning BEFORE check out so I couldn't even get back into my room to continue packing my things. If i could give the hotel 0 stars and saved money, I would.

Pleasant staff was the only good thing The room was old, carpet old nasty, bathroom was disgusting. I literally went to an outdoor wedding came back to the room but couldn't shower because the tub was chipping really bad a need to be professional sanding and glazed. Mold all over the caulking. It was just gross

Staff Room was old and smelled. Rented 2 rooms and both looked like a 4 hour motel

The bed was the only thing that was somewhat decent. It is hard to consider this place a proper hotel. The property looked dirty and felt unsafe. The hallways were in terrible condition and had a strong unpleasant odor. I would never feel comfortable or safe staying there alone.

Noise was loud outside. Not use to the traffic. Went to Chris Stapleton concert. Got back late. Slept in. Around 8 or so drilling on the walls next door. That’s the only thing. It’s out of my control.

The bathroom didn’t even have a plug in it to blow dry or do anything to my hair the tub was dirty and there was only 2 sets of towels for a double bed room that had 4 people the continental breakfast amounted to wheat bread and cereal and a gallon of milk and juice to say the least I give this place a 2 and thats pushing it.

And the breakfast buffet opened late so we couldn’t get to use it

It was completely disgusting. The elevator kept freezing and wouldn’t open the whole way. The bedroom was gross. Our mattress on our pullout sofa. There was none and it was broken. The staff would not correct or fix anything. The breakfast was horrible. It was the worst experience I’ve ever had in a hotel.

I thought the bed was comfortable and liked the shower. Not enough pillows, no plastic silverware or napkins, and there was only 1 tissue left in the box and no coffee maker although it said there was supposed to be one. We also think that we should've gotten a discount for only being there for a very short time, not even a full day

Didn’t eat it, found roaches in the hotel! Roaches in the hotel!

The staff at check in was super nice. The room seemed clean and the air flow was amazing, it didn’t feel stuffy at all. When we woke up we found a roach walking across the floor and staff only offered an apology and nothing more!

The description does not match the actual property. I had a major issue in the room. The front desk agent was very helpful. He assured me that I would be refunded for the stay as I was unable to remain there. I commented him on trying his best. There is a lack of cleanliness that I’m accustomed too when paying a premium rate.

It smelled so bad we could all hardly tolerate it We managed because there was no other place to stay. It was so unkept and stinky. The pluses were the -toilet was clean. The shower was clean and we had hot water. Everything else was horrible. We couldn’t wait to leave.

Cackaroaches in the room, rooms dirty and filthy, paint pealing , mold in bathrooms, pubic hair in the bathroom and on the towels , carpets torn, walls destroyed ! totally disgusting
