The staff was very polite and friendly Tint cockroaches in the bathroom the second we walked in there. The unit was not as advertised, photos are nothing near the actual unit. The bathroom was disgusting and chipping paint and had random holes in the ceiling for pipes, but no vent fan. The bedroom was dirty when you actually looked, unmaintained. The fridge just didn't work, shook, and there was nothing securing the mattress to the bed spring, and the mattress would move off the spring every time you would move

The staff was friendly and helpful. The property was clean but run down: patches and repairs in my room were evident. The vanity sink had no stopper, there was no exhaust fan, nor electrical outlet for razors or hair driers in the bathroom. Saw a tiny roach there. The bed was very comfortable and fresh. Breakfast left a lot to be desired, although the coffee was excellent. You may keep your bike in the room. Considering the low rate, it was a good call for a one night travel stop.

Breakfast was a joke. Included breakfast was cereal, toast and coffee at a shared table for hotel guests only IN the diner that was not included. They were in the process of renovations, but it honestly looked like a landlord special. They slapped paint on it and called it new. There is no housekeeping during your stay, only after your departure. The elevator is small and sketchy, and is shared with their contractors during remodel. The front is NOT handicap accessible for anyone with severe disabilities. The ramp is far too steep and slick. Everything white already looked stained and worn for being brand new. Their idea of an included hair dryer is the one that you find mounted on the wall, shoved in a bag to look fancy. Honestly I was desperate for a room, but left my reservation a day early due to being so unsatisfied.

I would not let my dog stay at this location. The pictures online are such a lie. The rooms are disgustingly gross. I even took the front desk agent up to the room and told him does this look like the picture online hell no. Then he tried to put me in another room and it was just as disgusting as the first room and kept making excuses.Drove 3 hrs and ready to rest for the night and this was very disappointing and we ended up having to drive another hour away to get a room. I have been in hospitality for over ten years and I am a housekeeping manager now and I would never in a million years sell a room looking like this to no one and the housekeeping staff that work there would be fired!

In my vagabond nature, I have no expectations when committing to lay my head to rest for a night. This hotel has made a unique impression on me by accommodating me in a fantastic, spacious room that was freshly renovated. That said, everything I needed was readily available within the confines of the room. Additionally, the availability of a complimentary breakfast (I did not take advantage of it) is great for budget travel. I did take advantage of the diner in the hotel lobby to satisfy my need for local diner food. The staff and the concierge were extremely helpful in assisting and directing me. The town itself is sleepy, with no extra commotion experienced after 21:00, so I achieved the quiet rest I was looking for. Thank you to everyone for a wonderful experience. I did not stay long enough to experience anything negative that would deter me from staying here again.

Simply disgusting! Bugs all over the room. I checked in and checked out. Cost me one night and booked at another hotel nearby! I am not a fussy guy but I cannot sleep with bugs!
