Clean had problems with person on duty when checked in he was very very rude talking with me I told him I was disabled he needed slow down he was hateful also had problem air-conditioned not putting out I was patient he said due hot it take a while room to cool well I was right wasn't working properly did finally get another room it did work

The issuse was the bathroom floor. Condensation was the worst an no fan in there so it was slippery. TV has no instructions so that was difficult to find somethin to watch without having to pay. They workers where helpful on makin sure things where fixed right away. Extra towel for the floor.

This hotel needs updated, the main door is very difficult open. Service was great and room was sufficient

Front desk called me about an issue with my credit card at 10:30 at night when I had already gone to bed. I had to go to the front office to straighten it out. Not sure why they waited so long to run my card when I had checked in 6-7 hours earlier. At any rate, the stay was adequate for our needs after correcting the issue. Would stay again.

The room was fairly clean. Mirrors were not cleaned very well, and carpet needs cleaning. Only stayed one night, so we didn’t get a chance to use the pool or any other amenities.

Close to Nashville, plenty of places to eat, and comfortable. You won’t go wrong.

Was great

Clean room and friendly staff. Minimal breakfast and our room key needed recharching daily which was frustrating.

Raj (I didn’t know how you spelled it. Please excuse if spelled modern or other Sanskrit form) was awesome at check in. Fast and efficient. Nikki really came to the rescue later on when I locked myself out of the room. I really appreciate the genuine personalities that people lead with and this place has an abundance of that with these two. Thank you so much for your kindness.

Pictures are very misleading and gaps in the doors where spiders or whatnot can get in or out, and also there were hairs in our sheets

I mixed up his name with the manager on my last review. Every staff member here is so helpful and friendly. If you have a problem, please, take it to them first to fix. An enormous “thank you” to the people behind the scenes who work so hard. Rebecca, Angie, Vivian, Carolina, Elder and I’m missing a couple. Each one of you does really good work. Truly. Absolute I’ve watched you guys work on your own, help each other out, with your heads down and making sure things are right. For so many people running on days, you guys are so quiet and incredibly efficient. I’ve told a couple of people lately that what makes this place so nice is the same faces, the same quality of customer service each time. There is not a huge turnover here. That says something. Thank you for the standardof care that you give to each room, the breakfast area, the check in and out process, the grounds, the pool and to the people that frequent your establishment for rest. You guys absolutely rock.
