Knights Inn Lebanon

Not much The fridge was full of built up ice room ,smelt like smoke even though it was smoke free room ,carpet was really sticky and lobby was closed, no continitial breakfast. Luckily we only stayed one night.

The location was close to town. Hot water and a/c worked. People at the front desk seem to always be in a mood. Furniture was outdated and nothing matched. The room had an odor. The shower rod wasnt secure, paint was peeling off the walls. The bed was hard and the remote was just a decor item that didnt work the tv. I felt like I should have checked for bugs on the outside after walking into my room.

No breakfast was available. Had to go somewhere else for breakfast The bathroom door would not close, and the wall in the bathroom had holes in it. The TV was difficult to operate. Only one hard chair was in the room. Carpet was in rough shape. The room was basically clean but looked like it was under construction. Bad WI-FI.

I have to pay for an extra room because the clerk said he never got the payment from booking.com so I have to pay for another room!

Everything was gross sheets were not clean air conditioner kept shutting off and very loud hit and cold in shower was backwards kept going hot and cold got burn

There was no breakfast. The advertised 250 a week room was not available.

Room had bedbugs and roaches were crawling EVERYWHERE!

It was supposed to be a non-smoking room but it smelled like old cigarette smoke. It smelled horrible and I had to wear a mask even while sleeping.

Pool not working, beds uncomfortable, not very warming(very unwelcoming.

Was very easy to check in and out! There was nothing that I didn’t like!

The Guy I checked in with was rude and aggressive, there was no breakfast available, our room reeked of pot, the room was as clean as dirty can get, the bathroom was small my roommate smacked his head on on the shower bar, the shower bar was bent so out of place the curtain didnt stay and water just kind of spilt out on the floor, The AC barely managed to keep the room cooler than outside by a few degrees. It was overall just an unpleasant visit

The location. Very close to where I needed to be. No amenities, pool not open, lobby not open, no breakfast, very disgustingly dirty. Holes in the walls, even the shower walls. Toilet was like a rocking chair. Walls splattered with scum. Felt like I walked into a crime scene!

Smelled like cigarettes and feet and ask for a refound and never gave them to me If I had my refund

Very nice location, I recommend it to everyone

Nothing Actually I request my refund of my money since I don't stay at this motel Room is nasty, there are no cable available, carpet are nasty and bad, smell of the room is bad as well the sheet that cover the bed, door enter is unsafe in general the room is for homeless people.

It was advertised as having breakfast Floor had not been vacuumed, dirty wash clothes hanging on shower, mirrors not cleaned

No breakfast not even coffee The room has bad odor, refrigerator was smelling so bad. At least, let there be coffee. Rug stained with paint

Could of provided breakfast

The only thing good about this property was it was conveniently located next to the truckstop the place was crusty and very dirty
