WE HAD REQUESTED THAT THE ROOM BE AVAILABLE AROUND 11 TO 12 PM BECAUSE WE WOULD BE ARRIVING EARLY, WE ARRIVED AT 12 PM. WE GOT THERE THE ROOM WAS NOT AVAILABLE & THE FRONT DESK PERSON WAS NOT IN ANY HURRY TO HAVE IT AVAILABLE BEFORE 3 PM. SINCE WE REQUESTED AN EARLY CHECK IN OUR ROOM SHOULD HAVE BEEN THE 1ST ONE THAT WAS CLEANED SO IT WOULD BE AVAILABLE WHEN WE GOT THERE. THE FRONT DESK PERSON WAS NOT VERY HELPFUL AT ALL. SO WE CANCELLED OUR RESERVATION IN THE LOBBY AND WERE ACCOMIDATED BY COMFORT SUITES THAT SITS RIGHT IN FRONT OF YOUR HOTEL. WE WERE IN OUR ROOM & ON OUR WAY TO THE THINGS WE HAD PLANNED BEFORE 3 PM WHEN OUT ROOM WOULD HAVE BEEN AVAILABLE AT YOUR LOCATION. NOTHING, CANCELLED OUR RESERVATION

Breakfast was the best thing out of this stay. I have stayed at la Quinta before and was a little disappointed.

The breakfast bar was amazing. Plenty of hot and cold choices. The staff was amazing and knowledgeable about the area. Rooms are a little worn but extremely clean. We have no complaints.

Breakfast was ok. Shower curtain wouldn’t stay closed because the rod wasn’t right and the floor got really wet and slippery.

Overall, I had a good stay. The breakfast was very good with a nice selection of options. The building is a little dated, but it was clean and well maintained. The staff was friendly and helpful throughout my stay. The location was convenient, with easy access to I-40 and Nashville International Airport. Overall, a comfortable and convenient place to stay if you’re looking for easy access to the Nashville area.

Yes, I was told I had to stay on the third floor because I booked online was given a hard time at the front desk on check-in hallways were extremely hot third floor smelled like dog urine

I appreciated the free upgrade to the king size suite. Not sure. We were celebrating our 48th wedding anniversary and it was unpleasant surprise. Although there were two TVs in the suite, it was disappointing, because I couldn’t find any menus on the channels and no way to find out what programming was being played on any of the channels or networks. That was very disappointing because we enjoy watching a good movie but we had no way to find out if a good movie was playing.

Room reeked of smoke, dirty surfaces everywhere, mattress springs very clearly wore out, everything is dated and worn from a furniture perspective. Front desk did switch me to another room but it was not much better (at least it didn’t smell terrible). Do not recommend.
