The staff was nice and helpful. The rooms were ok. We needed to use the fold out couch and it was the worst. We ended up putting it back and sleeping on the couch.

Additionally, the WIFI password is an indication for a high rating score. This seems to align with the high rating score for the hotel, that may not be justified.

The staff was very nice. The toilet seat was about to come off so when you sat on it it slid around. But was clean no elevator so if you have a trailer with bad knees, hips or anything make sure to get ground floor

The room was clean. One side of my king size bed had a huge dip and was very uncomfortable but the other side was comfortable. The breakfast was cold and the microwave looked like it was falling apart so I’ve had much better breakfast. The staff was nice except for when I was getting ready to leave they maid went into my room while I was putting my things into my car and brought my purse to the front desk. I was not happy about that at all.

As a travel nurse, I’ve frequently passed through Nashville, and I dislike staying in the city. I’ve stayed at this particular hotel at least 4-5 times now, and I enjoy coming back. It’s super clean and comfortable, easily accessible and very reasonably priced. If you are visiting Nashville, it’s great for being close to the city without being in the crowded loud areas. Breakfast is pretty standard as far as hotels/motels go.

The room was very clean and comfortable. The air conditioner was nice and cool. The bathroom was very clean and plenty of towels. Breakfast was very adequate and on time.

The room was very clean but there were holes in the wall in the bathroom where a towel rack might have been. The bathroom needed painting as well. The beds were super comfortable. The hot tub and pool were well stocked with towels and the hot tub temp was perfect. All in all it was a fantastic stay!
