Would have been better if the fire alarm didn’t go off twice and neither time were we told it was safe to go back inside. No acknowledgment of the alarms at the very early hours of the morning. Otherwise the property was okay. Simple and relatively clean. The sleeper sofa had food crumbs on the mattress.

I cannot say enough about the quality of this hotel. We were upgraded to a 2 bedroom, which was wonderful for our adult daughter. The rooms were spotless, staff was very helpful. Hubby was in the hospital for surgery, the Residence Inn is virtually across the street and honors a discount for family of patients. We have stayed here before and will return if the occasion presents itself.

I didn't have the breakfast as I was going to have lab tests done when I left the hotel. Even though the elevator was there I still had quite a long walk to my room.

very clean and comfortable room, well appointed. my location was 1st floor with bbq in front, so I didn't love that, but it calmed down shortly after the dinner hour.

Also, cleaning staff left a guest card from weeks prior (should have been thrown away) it was from Valentine's Day... Slightly larger trash receptacle would have been better under the sink. The bathroom trash was larger.

Nice hotel staff was very helpful. I left my coat in the closet and they offered to ship it right away. It was very nice of them. Good staff nice clean hotel.

Very clean rooms and an excellent breakfast. Nice laundry facility and gym (I didn’t use either, but checked them out). In one of our rooms, the kitchenette had a full oven; the other room had a cooktop.

The location is super convenient too! Groceries, dining, a liquor store, and Starbucks were all within walking distance, so we rarely had to leave the immediate area. We travel to Lebanon often for ongoing medical care at Dartmouth, and this is our second time staying at the Residence Inn by Marriott. It was well worth it for the convenience and the amenities. We will definitely be returning!

It was a comfortable room, clean and private, and with room to sit and read, work, or relax. The staff was very helpful.
