Excellent stay here the place clean staff was professional rooms are spacious

There were no clean towels offered until requested after several days. There was a parking fee which was not disclosed when making reservation. Due to emergency no time to make reservation through optional channels. Thus, the Rest Easy option for reduced rate was denied due to third party booking. Not offered a receipt at checkout for the same reason. Under different circumstances I would have changed hotels. For future stays I will seriously consider that.

Would not stay at this hotel again for that reason alone .

Also they could only give us one key when we needed two, but that was because they were transitioning to a new system. Otherwise it was good.

The front desk staff were terrible. They need a refresher course on customer service immediately. My sister and I were shocked. I stay in many hotels and could not believe the service we received. Thankfully there are several hotels in the area so I will use a different one going forward.

Nice looking rooms great staff

Room was comfortable and clean. All was good other than the interactions with the lady managing the Bistro. She was cold and brusque! Coffee supplies were not replenished though we stayed for two nights.

The pool was closed and there was no coffee or breakfast available in the morning. Otherwise we loved our stay, and the hotel is nice and clean and the beds are very comfortable.

Stay was okay. Was surprised to get charged for WiFi.

For a specific price because it does fluctuates...the most convenient accomodation to hospital and food options

I should have been able to get the rest easy rate because my husband was having a procedure at Dartmouth but when I called the hotel desk the week before I was told I couldn't get that. As a result I booked through Hotel.com

Exceptional

The staff was great. The room was great, the restaurant was supposed to be open Saturday night and wasn’t which was inconvenient. Also, the TV in the room had less than stellar resolution, and the remote was a little dicey. Small inconveniences but wanted mention!

Nice modern spacious rooms, easy parking. Complimentary breakfast buffet was very minimal but there is a Starbucks within walking distance.

Clean, renovated and good stay

Would recommend this hotel if you have a major procedure at Dartmouth Hitchcock and need to stay a night or more. My partner had a surgery, and Courtyard Hanover/Lebanon was the best choice one could ask for for easy access to the hospital (0.8 miles away). Very short walk or drive to Starbucks for morning coffee, a 24 hour pharmacy to pick up her meds, and a solid Co-op grocery to pick up some meals for us while she recovered. Clean rooms, and the staff were kind about delaying our checkout a bit to accommodate our reduced mobility.

Staff is great.
