Fun for all, Beautiful area,and trails Pool should be open till 10;00pm

Amenities and friendly staff Put us on 3rd floor with 2 elderly parents. Very difficult going up and down stairs. Also have a step on pool deck that blends, observed many people over weekend miss the step, trip. Unfortunately my 76 year old mother missed that step, fell, damaged her knee, hand, elbow and back. Pool staff (bartender at pool) witnessed yet security was never called. We and other patrons helped my mother up and tended to her injuries. Several other patrons who witnessed fall also reported it yet no one from hotel management or security ever reached out to us. This happened our first day there - my poor mom was stuck in room unable to walk for remainder of our 4 day stay.

It was clean and new. Almost everything worked well from checking in to checking out. We were missing a sheet for the sofa bed, and the upstairs sofa drained very slowly. Also, the stairs were pretty narrow. Difficult for those who might have an injury or are older.

The swimming pool, the activities center, mini golf, shuffleboard Lack of end tables in bedrooms, not enough dressers for clothes, not enough walking trails in the woods or on the property , too many hills and staircases

It was requested that we run the dishwasher when we checked out but there was no detergent (or dishwashing soap either).

Place was clean, had everything that we needed, were helpful when we did have a problem. A bug was found in the one bed.

Always a pleasure to stay here! We love the spacious villa, all the amenities, the staff and the location!

The stay was good, close to downtown Lee. The showers need an improvement, the surface can be slippery when the water is turned on.

Friendly staff. Easy checkin. Units were comfortable and well maintained. Not overly glitzy. Matched the wooded mountainous theme. Mini golf and pool area layout/ were ideal for families with different age groups to “parallel play “ in one area.

We liked having 2 bathrooms in our unit and space in the unit, as well as having a spacious king size bed. In the past we also enjoyed the arcade room when traveling with our toddler. We like that there is a mini golf course though we haven’t had time to play. Also we enjoyed relative proximity to good restaurants in Lenox, as well as having a functional decently equipped kitchen. Some of the meals we prepared for ourselves and for some we went out. Also, proximity to hiking trails is nice. One of the hot tubs was not working. I thought the gym area was a bit underwhelming. There is definitely space there for a little more equipment, perhaps another cable machine, more / better benches (current ones are pretty basic and not very sturdy), maybe kettlebells or more dumbbells (up to 90 or 100 lbs) or TRX area. Also it would be nice if both tennis court areas had lines drawn for pickleball. Currently only one of them does. This was not a big deal for us because it was not crowded during our stay.

Love the area. Wish breakfast was available on property. It is not easy to get around - lots of stairs and no elevators. Even walking around paths with step ups or downs don't have hand rails. Even adding those would be super helpful.

Renovated kitchen with new stove and microwave with all new dishes, pots and pans, silverware. Wonderful! The living room area needs more light options. Very dark.

This place was gorgeous from A to Z. Between the location and the room, we were in awe. We had a small apartment. Amenities were off the charts. We really enjoyed our time in the Berkshires. Great hospitality and customer service. Cannot say enough. No complaints. It was perfect.

Everything is clean and tidy. The property setting has a lot of trees and trails you can access. There are tables set up so you can enjoy the setting location. It was wonderful. Nothing I can think of.

I loved everything. I loved the fact that the room was huge, and the kitchen came with everything you needed to cook. Pots, pans, dishes etc. The place is so family oriented. I found a true gem and can't wait for more trips. Absolutely nothing everything was perfect.
