Always a great place to stay.

We stayed in the handicapped suite and it was well equipped. I just have one suggestion, have a rubber mat in the shower. The floor was slippery.

The facilities have everything you need for a good holiday The furtniture and facilities were old, but they were super well maintained.

My wife and i went up to the area for a family wedding. we decided to stay at this hotel/resort - boy were we surprised on how nice it was. Everything from the check in process to the check out, things went very well. we stopped by the activities center on our second day and boy there were a lot of things to do with your kids. the indoor pool, the outdoor pool and other places were very nice and well maintained. We were happy with our room as well. We were upgraded to a two level villa - wow was that a lot of space. we had a full kitchen with a full fridge. we were very happy with that. Overall, we loved this resort and are looking forward going back next time we are in the area. I highly recommend this resort to all. Thank you for a great weekend.

I enjoyed having so much room in my two bedroom unit. Very nice grounds and pools for a family. I liked the smaller pool by my unit. The food bar is a big weakness. They need a decent place that one can get a breakfast without going off property. They also need regular trash pickup so the bears don’t raid the dumpster! Big turn off- I called for a late check out since 10:00 am is early! They said a flat NO! Early check in cost me $25 too! In all we liked the unit and property!

The location was a bit off the beaten track but the facility was nice and the room was large and very clean. They started sawing trees or something at 7:30 AM close outside my room. Seemed a bit early for a vacation location The checkin experience was a bit strange.

Very happy to use the hot tub and cool off in the pool. I wish the windows in the room coud open and I wish there was a more reasonably priced cafe. Very good stay.

Large rooms, very clean. Willing to take a one night booking No elevators. Dragging luggage up 2 or 3 flights not fun. Anyone with mobility issues would have problems. Front desk sent someone to help us which was appreciated

Comfort of accommodation Many different activities available

Noisy air on from outside the property on ground floor kept us awake all night. Request a property on floor 2 or 3.

Great family destination

Benefits: a well-provisioned kitchen, generously-sized balcony, pleasant and helpful staff, nice pools and other activities, free laundry, convenient parking and private jacuzzi. The unit's approx. 880 sq ft 2 bedroom, 2 bath space was quiet and comfortable for two people over our 9-night stay and the 2-flight walk-up was OK for two fairly fit 70-year-olds. Bedroom storage was on the low side but OK for us. One of us found the beds a bit too soft, for the other they were fine. Decor was modest & well-maintained. Unlike other reviews, we were on the lookout but didn't see any bears! Good to know: We didn't realize until our arrival that bedding and towels are only changed every 10 days. However, on arrival extra towels and one change of sheets were already provided, which were more than adequate for our needs. Drawbacks: if you want high-end decor, maybe try the Presidential Suites. There was evidence of insect damage on the exterior wood stairs, unattractive but not unsafe. The low-lying property is near water and a bit damp. Our lodging in building 24 was near the maintenance yard, trash disposal and ongoing bridge repair (about which we weren't forewarned). Since we were out during most days, none of these drawbacks affected us.

Perfect spot for a quick unwind. Very cozy, well appointed Villa. Porch was very enjoyable - able to sit out there through rain storm !

Responded quickly to requests

Our unit was sparkling clean and had everything needed for a weekend retreat. The grounds were delightful and we already look forward to returning.

THe staff is very nice, efficient, and helpful. The units are a little old and we have had some difficulty with our washing machine. The biggest issue, actually, has been connectivity. We have had a great deal of trouble trying to make phone calls. Have been here four times and plan to return again.
