Hotel was clean and quiet. Rooms were updated and nice. Would definitely stay again

A good place to stay!

Room was clean and fairly comfortable. Room temperature was cold although thermostat was set at same temp I use at home. Would have preferred a heavier blanket or cover. Breakfast was okay - a typical hotel breakfast. Nothing unusual or exciting about it.

The breakfast is good, the staff are very nice and helpful. The bed is very comfortable and the place is very clean. It's in a good location, near many restaurants. Our only complaint is the bathroom needs updating, it's not very bright, and just needs freshing up. The bed is comfortable, however the sheets, bedspread don't come all of the way up to your chin, somehow tucked in very tight at bottom of bed, (I tend to sleep with my head under the covers} and also could use some different pillows.

5 star hospitality. 5 star cleanliness. Great breakfast and the front desk had nice snacks. Free cookies or popcorn. Friendliest staff we have had in a while. Thank you Fairfield!

Very nice place to stay. We were welcomed with a cold bottle of water and a friendly lady who told us where everything was located. Highly recommend!

Big, clean and easy access to everywhere

The breakfast was wonderful and there was plenty there and the lady that kept refilling it kept it filled up so everybody got what they wanted for breakfast so that was great!

The cleanliness of the rooms and the bedding, was impeccable. The staff was very cautious and compationate. The lady who worked overnight (Auditor) went beyond her duties to help me when my Uber driver didn't arrive at 3:00 Am. Although I finally call a cab. Please I give this lady 100% job satisfaction. She's a marvelous staff of yours. My stay was very brief. All my expectations were met

The room: The room was clean except for the Doritos under the pull-out. I had made a reservation for 3 guests. One on the pullout. There were no pillows or blankets in the closet or and drawer. Went to the front desk and was given two sheets and no pillows or blankets. Slept on a awful mattress. Totally lumpy. That was a terrible night’s sleep. The pool area: I know you can’t monitor how many guests are using the hot tub but when we checked the first time there were at least 10 teenage girls. We waited and later it was empty but was now dirty. We got in anyway and showered later. There was paint pealing on the walls and the walking surface was very slippery. The supposed non-slip floor wasn’t. We did feel that this hotel is under the Marriott family. We expected a little better. We don’t intend to stay at another Marriott anytime in the near future.

Friendly staff, clean hotel and solid breakfast. Close to downtown Lee’s Summit which is safe and fun. Would def stay again.

Quiet hotel. Arrived late but staff couldn’t have been more attentive. Although somewhat of an older facility very clean. Staff couldn’t have been kinder! Breakfast was excellent. Adequate parking. Will stay again
